Orionteatern har under tre decennier spelat teater i Axel G. Janssons mekaniska verkstad på Katarina Bangata i Stockholm. Denna jubileumsbok är inte i första hand en kronologisk skildring utan framför allt ett försök att fånga en teaters själ och just det som är speciellt och unikt med Orionteatern. Bokens författare, teaterforskaren Karin Helander, visar hur det går till när en föreställning växer fram, från idé till premiärdags. Vad gör teaterns olika medarbetare? Hur samarbetar de och vad är det ytterst som gör att en föreställning får liv och berör sin publik? Bokens utgångspunkt har varit musikalen Hjälp sökes som spelades för utsålda hus jubileumsåret 2013. Vi får också inblickar i många andra produktioner, alltifrån Skrattmänniskan som var premiärföreställning 1983 till Venus som spelades våren 2014. Texten kompletteras av ett rikt bildmaterial som ger överraskande, humoristiska och berörande perspektiv på en teaters arbete. Martin Skoog har formgett boken och varit huvudfotograf.

Romateatern på Gotland har i tre decennier, sedan starten 1989, spelat William Shakespeares pjäser för en bred publik i den natursköna klosterruinen i Roma, känd som en av Sveriges vackraste utomhusscener. Sommaren 2019 arrangerades teaterns femte symposium, med syftet att skapa en plattform för levande och berikande interdisciplinära samtal för alla som intresserar sig för och inspireras av Shakespeares texter. Temat för året var: Varför ska man spela de här gamla pjäserna? En inbjudan att ärligt, klarsynt och ur olika synvinklar undersöka vilken relevans Shakespeares och andra klassiska författares dramatik kan ha för vår föränderliga samtid. Scenkonstnärer, kritiker, debattörer och forskare från flera områden träffades under några dagar på Roma kungsgård och föreläste, diskuterade och samtalade. I denna antologi samlas ett urval av de medverkandes texter tillsammans med bilder från symposiet och den unika miljön kring klosterruinen.

Nachdem diese Verfolgungsjagd beendet ist, muss Martin seiner Sim seine Familie vorstellen. Dabei stellt sich heraus, dass er der Sohn des wahrscheinlich ltesten noch lebenden Vampirs und der Enkel von Marcus Antonius und Kleopatra ist. "Martin" ist der 8.
