L'objectif de cette tude est d'identifier les m canismes et l'op rationnalisation des politiques mon taires au cours de la p riode 1995-2015, de comprendre le r le que la monnaie et d'autres variables jouent sur les agents conomiques et de comprendre ainsi le fonctionnement du march en v rifiant s'il existe une corr lation entre la masse mon taire et la croissance conomique.
”Filosofferne har blot smigret samfundene forskelligt, det, det drejer sig om, er at provokere dem.” Med denne omskrivning af en kendt Marx-frase karakteriserer Peter Sloterdijk (f. 1947) indirekte sin egen opgave i dette essay om vor tids massetilbøjelighed til på én gang at inkarnere og selv ligge under for den forskelsløse foragt. Vi taler om nærhed, men lever i fremmedhed; vi fabler om kvalitet, men hengiver os til middelmådighed; vi hylder frihed, men lader os nøje med grydeklare tilbud; og vi kræver respekt, men viser (og modtager) kun foragt. Dén udvikling har sin egen historie, en historie om massens forvandling fra fysisk mylder og protest til medieformidlet isolation og følgagtighed – fra krævende fællesskab baseret på forskelle til banal rettighedskultur uden markører. Masse og foragt er en rystende – rystende præcis – afdækning af vor egen kultur netop nu, og det store essay, oversat af Hans Christian Fink, introduceres her af Steen Nepper Larsen. Masse og foragt udkom første gang på dansk i 2002 og genudgives nu i Hans Reitzels Forlags serie Klassikere.
Nobelprismodtageren Elias Canetti arbejdede på sit hovedværk, Masse og magt, i mere end 30 år før det så dagens lys først i tresserne. Siden er det blevet oversat til en lang række sprog og har længe været efterlyst i en dansk oversættelse.

Med sin första och enda bollkontakt stänker han in 2-2 och blir hela Sveriges hjälte. Det är ett mål som satt sig i den svenska folksjälen. Ändå har hans livs största saga ännu inte börjat. Säsongen 89/90 vann han portugisiska skytteligan med 33 mål på 31 matcher och var ytterst nära att tilldelas Guldskon som Europas bäste målskytt. Masse blev enbart slagen det året av bulgaren Hristo Stoitjkov som sista matchen i bulgariska ligan gick om Magnusson genom att han på ett omdiskuterat sätt lyckades göra sex mål Men efter karriären så släcktes ljuset. I den här boken berättar han för första gången hela berättelsen om missbruket, om förnedringen, om när han levde som uteliggare innan han med hjälp av sina vänner lyckades bryta missbruket och startade sin mödosamma resa tillbaka till livet igen.
Klaus Oepen untersucht alle Regelungen, in denen angeordnet ist, daß sich Insolvenzverfahren auf Gläubigerforderungen gegen zusätzliche Schuldner erstrecken. Dies sind Regelungen, die dem Insolvenzverwalter die alleinige Einzugskompetenz zusprechen, und Regelungen über die Auswirkungen von Insolvenzplänen. Das behandelte Phänomen ist nicht nur rechtsdogmatisch interessant, sondern hat auch große praktische Bedeutung. So wird beispielsweise die persönliche Gesellschafterhaftung sowohl durch einen Einzugsvorbehalt (§ 93 InsO) als auch durch eine Planerstreckungsregel (§ 227 Abs. 2 InsO) in das Insolvenzverfahren über das Gesellschaftsvermögen einbezogen. Für beide Typen von Erstreckungsnormen untersucht Klaus Oepen, welche Rechtsfolgen sie im einzelnen implizieren, und diskutiert außerdem, inwieweit teleologische Reduktionen und Analogien angebracht erscheinen.Die Rechtsfolgenseite birgt insbesondere bei den Einzugsvorbehalten zahlreiche Fragen wie etwa: Welche Befugnisse bleiben den Gläubigern? Inwieweit wird die Rechtsstellung des Forderungsschuldners beschränkt, obwohl er nicht Insolvenzschuldner ist?Der Autor beantwortet diese Fragen anhand eines von ihm selbst für alle Einzugsvorbehalte entwickelten Grundkonzepts.

The 1996 Carg~se Summer Institute on Frontiers in Particle Physics was organized by the Universite Pierre et Marie Curie, Paris (M. Levy), the Ecole Nonnale SupCrieure, Paris (J. lliopoulos), the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (R. Gastmans), and the Universite Catholique de Louvain (J.-M. Gerard), which, since 1975, have joined their efforts and worked in common. It was the twelfth Sunnner Institute on High Energy Physics organized jointly at Carg~se by three of these universities. The Standard Model for fundamental interactions is constructed on two essential ingredients: the gauge symmetry and the mass generation mechanism. Now that the gauge theory aspect has been finnly established, the new challenge for the young researchers in elementary particle physics is the understanding of the origin of the masses. The standard Higgs mechanism is believed to be responsible for generating the masses of ALL fundamental particles. Professor D. Treille discussed the prospects for Higgs boson search and described the experimental determinations of the gauge boson masses. The influence of the top quark mass on electroweak processes has been emphasized by Professor J.L. Rosner, while Professor M. Neubert introduced the heavy-quark effective theory which allows you to get rid of heavy-quark masses. The theoretical determinations of the light- quark masses have been critically analyzed by Professor H. Leutwyler. Professor A. Pich presented the various experimental tests on lepton universality and Professor R.L. MBssbauer reviewed our present knowledge on the neutrino masses.
