Dieses Buch war ein Versuch, die Auswirkungen der St rkung der Position am Arbeitsplatz auf die Kontrolle der Krankenschwestern ber ihre Praxis und ihre Arbeitszufriedenheit zu untersuchen. Die Studie wurde auf 28 Intensivstationen (ICUs) des Universit tskrankenhauses El Manial durchgef hrt. Die Stichprobe bestand aus 75 Krankenschwestern. Die Daten wurden mithilfe von drei Instrumenten erhoben: Frageb gen zu den Themen "Empowerment am Arbeitsplatz", "C/NP" und "Arbeitszufriedenheit". Die Ergebnisse der Studie zeigten, dass die Krankenschwestern am Universit tskrankenhaus El Manial nur geringen Zugang zu Empowerment-Strukturen am Arbeitsplatz hatten, ein m iges Ma an Kontrolle ber ihre Praxis und eine m ige Arbeitszufriedenheit. Die St rkung der Position am Arbeitsplatz hatte einen hochsignifikanten Zusammenhang mit der Kontrolle der Krankenschwestern ber ihre Praxis und ihrer Arbeitszufriedenheit. Es war jedoch sehr wichtig f r die Krankenschwestern, die Kontrolle ber ihre Praxis zu haben, was wiederum zu Arbeitszufriedenheit f hren kann.

Cet ouvrage visait examiner l'impact de l'autonomisation sur le lieu de travail sur le contr le qu'exercent les infirmi res sur leur pratique et leur satisfaction au travail. L' tude a t men e dans 28 unit s de soins intensifs de l'h pital universitaire El Manial. L' chantillon de l' tude tait compos de 75 infirmi res. Les r sultats de l' tude ont montr que les infirmi res de l'h pital universitaire El Manial avaient un faible acc s aux structures d'autonomisation sur le lieu de travail, un niveau mod r de contr le sur leur pratique et un niveau mod r de satisfaction au travail. L'autonomisation sur le lieu de travail avait une relation statistiquement tr s significative avec le contr le des infirmi res sur leur pratique et la satisfaction au travail. Toutefois, il est tr s important pour les infirmi res d'avoir le contr le de leur pratique et, en retour, cela peut conduire la satisfaction professionnelle.

O livro do Dr. G. S., da Universidade de El Manial, foi uma tentativa de examinar o impacto do empowerment no local de trabalho no controlo dos enfermeiros sobre a sua pr tica e na sua satisfa o profissional. O estudo foi realizado em 28 Unidades de Cuidados Intensivos (UCI) do Hospital Universit rio El Manial. A amostra do estudo foi constitu da por (75) enfermeiros. Os dados foram recolhidos com recurso a tr s instrumentos: question rios sobre o empowerment no local de trabalho, C/NP e satisfa o profissional. Os resultados do estudo mostraram que os enfermeiros do Hospital Universit rio de El Manial tinham pouco acesso a estruturas de empowerment no local de trabalho, um n vel moderado de controlo sobre a sua pr tica e um n vel moderado de satisfa o profissional. O empowerment no local de trabalho tinha uma rela o estatisticamente significativa com o controlo dos enfermeiros sobre a sua pr tica e com a satisfa o no trabalho. No entanto, foi considerado muito importante para os enfermeiros terem controlo sobre a sua pr tica, o que, por sua vez, pode conduzir satisfa o profissional.

Mohammad Mosaddeq is widely regarded as the leading champion of secular democracy and resistance to foreign domination in Iran's modern history. Mosaddeq became prime minister of Iran in May 1951 and promptly nationalized its British-controlled oil industry, initiating a bitter confrontation between Iraq and Britain that increasingly undermined Mossaddeq's position.
