"ROMANS: STANDING IN GRACE & TRUTH" is a concise exposition of Paul's letter to the Roman Christians, emphasizing key verses, with their theological implications. The unity of the Bible with regard to God's grace is vigorously defended. False teachings of the antinomianism of Modern Chaferian] Dispensationalism are documented and refuted. The significance of the doctrinal errors of Dispensationalism regarding faith, repentance, sanctification, law and grace is emphasized. The false supposition that grace and law are antithetical is identified as the point of departure of Dispensationalism from the orthodox faith of the Bible. The consistency, integrity, and unity of all of God's revealed truth-law, prophesy, gospel, Christ Jesus-is exemplified by use of appropriate Scripture and discussion; and the reality that these work in concert for the reconciliation of fallen man to the Creator and for man's general benefit is stressed. The ways that the term law is used by the Apostle Paul and the absolute necessity of understanding these usages are discussed in some detail. The hermeneutics of Dispensationalism, with its inherent and unwarranted fragmentation of Bible doctrine is soundly criticized. These separations or divisions are characteristic of the non-lordship, 'cheap grace gospel' and its related 'carnal Christianity' preached by many today, in these days of apostasy. This book concludes that saving grace has been available through the obedience of faith ever since the sin of Adam, and it shows that God's gospel of grace recognizes no so-called dispensational or ethnic barriers. It emphasizes that, without holiness (that is, practical righteousness, as well as imputed righteousness) no one will see the Lord. One's perception of the nation of Israel as a historic and political entity, as relating to Israel's role in God's dealings with and plans for mankind, will greatly affect his understanding of some of the most important biblical revelation of truth. In this book, the author examines specific scriptural evidence that is pertinent, even crucially necessary for an accurate understanding of the Israel of God and the children of promise.Pursuit of this topic necessitated looking into such subjects as God's redemptive covenants, the parables of Jesus concerning the kingdom of heaven, the metaphors of the olive tree and the Vine and the branches, and theological systems that certainly contain misconstructions of doctrine involving physical and spiritual Israel. In view of this, several articles by Dr. Anderson have been appended as useful additional resources for the reader's more complete understanding of truth as the Bible presents it, and not construed to fit any man-made theological system of belief.

These Are the Words is a books that deals in depth with the basic issues of grace and truth pertaining to the Nation Israel and pertaining to individual persons who would desire to be in a valid covenant with God through the blood of Christ Jesus. This topic is examined in view of Old Testament Scriptures and New Testament Scriptures. From the Bible, the author shows God's unity of purpose with regard to the redemption and reconciliation of fallen mankind. He also demonstrates that God's requirements for such redemption and reconciliation of man have always been the same, That salvation comes only through the obedience of faith, that faith is more than belief only--it is trust and love and obedience to God's commandments. He shows that Jesus, the Son of God and the Father taught exactly the same truths in OT and NT times, and that the blood of Christ forgives all repented sins, regardless of when the sinner may have lived. The age or the 'dispensation' is of no significance or consequence with regard to a persons salvation.Dr. Anderson believes that all known theological systems of belief are flawed to some degree because they are products of man's efforts. He therefore defers to God's Word for truth.

As people of Biblical Faith we are encouraged by the Bible to pattern our live after the life of Christ Jesus. This book explores how Jesus, the Christ lived His life on the earth before His sacrificial death on the Roman cross to pay the just penalty for our sins, that we might repent and be forgiven. The book is in three parts. Part I examines and discusses the attributes, words, and actions of Jesus during His earthly ministry as recorded in the Bible. Part II discusses the necessary preparation for those who would walk as Jesus walked. Part III is a series of "I will" commitments for Christians who are determined to pattern their lives after Jesus--to walk just as Jesus walked.Living a life that is conformed to Jesus is not a rare exception to a normal Christian life. Rather, the Bible teaches that walking as Jesus walked is the norm for Christian conduct, not the exception

The Covenant of Grace, first implied by God's covenant with Abraham in Gen.12:2 & 3, and eventually made plain in Jesus the Christ, is briefly surveyed, as are the other redemptive covenants. Other witnesses to the truth (creation, the law and the prophets, the gospel, the Holy Spirit working in believers) are discussed.Faith in the sacrificial body and blood of Jesus is presented as the only means to eternal life. There is no 'Plan B'. Everyone must choose between life and death. Faith in God, the only God, by faith in Jesus, His sin sacrifice, Christ Jesus, is the only way to have eternal life.To be saved from eternal outer darkness, one must believe in the Light of the World and he must live in the light of His Spirit
The Impact of Banking Policy on Trade and Global Stability
Ashdown analyzes some of the mainstream theories that policy makers and global leaders use as templates in understanding the international system and measures their effectiveness in explaining the policies of nation-states, particularly in regard to trade and power. Throughout, the United States is used as a case study to see how banking and central bank monetary policies affect international trade and investment. The study examines the banking history of the United States and how the corporate consolidation process was institutionalized with the creation of the U.S. Federal Reserve System. Ashdown concludes that current policies fail to support the national interest by creating policy that allows or ignores sustained trade deficits over consecutive years. He demonstrates how institutions can affect, or even constrain, the policies of nation-states, which is then theoretically generalized in demonstrating how other global actors are shaping the post-bipolar international power structure. Of particular interest to scholars, students, and policy makers involved with economic policy, finance, and international business.

Aimed at researchers and students , SAS Programming: The One-Day Course provides an introduction to the SAS programming language. It gives the reader a start in SAS programming and the basic data manipulations and statistical summaries that are available through SAS. The book has its origins in material prepared by the author for a one-day course in SAS programming, and the fact that it has been developed from a training course is reflected in the concise nature of the presentation. Unlike other introductory competitors on the market, this is a pocket-sized reference that does not clutter the programming techniques presented by trying to teach statistical techniques at the same time. Strong on explanations of how to carry out data manipulations that real-life data often call for, each programming technique is supported by tasks to develop skills and confidence. It also contains "tasks" for the reader, complete with solutions. Datasets and the programming code are available to download from www.crcpress.com/e_products/downloads. Once readers have mastered the topics covered in the book, they will be well placed to learn further aspects of SAS programming.

Chasing the Wind covers a variety of ideas from Christianity, science, philosophy, ethics, and psychology. It starts with Socrates's statement, ""an unexamined life is not worth living"" and asks how we might go about discovering what is a worthwhile life and what might motivate us to live such a life. It is a vast topic that is narrowed down to two principal areas: (1) a focus on relationships, which are central to providing fulfillment, worth, and purpose to our lives; and (2) an interaction with Christianity, which claims to have answers as to what is a worthwhile life. In summary, this book is a dialog between these two questions: What is a good life, and how does Christianity help or hinder such a life?

This book is personally offered on behalf of my beloved Aunt Judy, Uncle Mark and dear friend, artist Herbie Rose. Both (my aunt and Herbie) had been afflicted with and institutionalized due to Alzheimer's disease. Herbie passed away in 2017. My Uncle Mark gave me the determination to write because of his own courageous, humorous yet tender blogging on his condition. Keeping one's sense of humor, Uncle Mark reminds me, helps to keep one plugging along. He has Parkinson's - a degenerative disease that often climaxes with dementia. Additionally, this book is presented in tribute to those tens of millions worldwide with dementia - the majority of whom suffer from Alzheimer's.

The character and attributes of character are of the utmost importance in regard to one's concept and opinion of God. Is God completely trustworthy and, therefore, dependable? Is He worthy of my complete trust? Does He ever change in character or attributes? If I trust Him without any reservation, will I ever regret that commitment? Why do I need the unchangeable God? What can He do for me? This book covers truth that should provide satisfactory answers for these legitimate questions.
For They Shall Be Filled: An Examination of the Sermon on the Mount, Emphasizing the Fourth Beatitude
This book challenges some modern and postmodern theological concepts pertaining to law and grace in regard to salvation. It emphasizes that the doctrines of justification and sanctification are of equal value as they pertain to salvation. it insists that the true Christian faith is the biblical faith of Abraham and Moses, and that the moral law of God (Ten Commandments) facilitates God's grace by faith just as does the gospel of God. This book is completely in support of the unity of the Old and New Testament (Covenants) of the Bible. Through a rather thorough examination of the blessings, woes and cursings seen in the Bible, the author shows the unity and Christian applications of all the Scriptures, that faith and its demands have always been the same, regardless of when a person may have lived. Obedience to God's moral law has always been the responsibility of any and every person of true biblical faith.
Ontology and Closeness in Human-Nature Relationships

Ontology and Closeness in Human-Nature Relationships

In Ontology and Closeness in Human-Nature Relationships, Neil H. Kessler identifies the preconceptions which can keep the modern human mind in the dark about what is happening relationally between humans and the more-than-human world. He has written an accessible work of environmental philosophy, with a focus on the ontology of human-nature relationships. In it, he contends that large-scale environmental problems are intimate and relational in origin. He also challenges the deeply embedded, modernist assumptions about the relational limitations of more-than-human beings, ones which place erroneous limitations on the possibilities for human/more-than-human closeness. Diverging from the posthumanist literature and its frequent reliance on new materialist ontology, the arguments in the book attempt to sweep away what ecofeminists call “human/nature dualisms. In doing so, conceptual avenues open up that have the power to radically alter how we engage in our daily interactions with the more-than-human world all around us. Given the diversity of fields and disciplines focused on the human-nature relationship, the topics of this book vary quite broadly, but always converge at the nexus of what is possible between humans and more-than-human beings. The discussion interweaves the influence of human/nature dualisms with the limitations of Deleuzian becoming and posthumanism’s new materialism and agential realism. It leverages interhuman interdependence theory, Charles Peirce’s synechism of feeling and various treatments of Theory of Mind while exploring the influence of human/nature dualisms on sustainability, place attachment, common worlds pedagogy, emergence, and critical animal studies. It also explores the implications of plant electrical activity, plant intelligence, and plant “neurobiology” for possibilities of relational capacities in plants while even grappling with theories of animism to challenge the animate/inanimate divide. The result is an engaging, novel treatment of human-nature relational ontology that will encourage the reader to look at the world in a whole new way.
