I now know that we need to think of prayer as communication. First and foremost, we communicate with God through prayer and He communicates with us through His Word, the Bible and it is The Holy Spirit who facilitates this communication. The second form of communication is with other human beings. Communication has two parts speaking and listening. Sometimes we forget the listening part when speaking with others as well as when talking with God. Sometimes, I just start asking God for whatever is on my mind and forget to listen to Him and to be quiet. Prayer is not about being in a hurry and just talking. That is a lesson I always have to remember.

El presente proyecto consiste en el an lisis de las propiedades de la aleaci n de aluminio 6061, para su uso en el proceso de engargolado de l mina met lica a temperatura ambiente y con incrementos controlados inferiores a la temperatura de recristalizaci n. El proceso de analiza por tres diferentes m todos; "Die-Hemming", "Table-Hemming" y "Roll-Hemming". Las probetas para realizar las pruebas se obtienen de cortar la l mina de aluminio 6061 a 0 ,45 y 90 de la direcci n de rolado de la lamina original. A partir de un dise o de experimentos (DOE) 2k se realizan pruebas experimentales y simulaciones por medio de m todo elemento finito, se toman mediciones y se comparan los defectos de "Roll-in y Roll-out" as como las "arrugas", los resultados entre simulaci n y experimentaci n muestran concordancia, los cuales permiten establecer mejores configuraciones en el proceso para disminuir los defectos que se presentan en las probetas analizadas.

This work got its start by trying to answer the question "how do you evaluate the scientific performance of the ESA's Science Programme missions?" For many years, the decision makers responsible for the content of the ESA Science Programme have been provided with information for each mission including, but not limited to, the number of publications published, the number of publications that are highly cited, the total number of citations used, various statistical metrics and the number of unique author names. However, this reporting only provides snapshots of these missions and was not widely distributed. In this book, we report on a systematic study of these metrics and their evolution with time to provide insights into mission successes and the communities exploiting the data provided by the Science Programme’s missions. In addition, we examine the outcomes of the announcements of observing opportunities for ESA’s observatory missions, INTEGRAL, Herschel and XMM-Newton to provide insights into the evolutions of the user communities with time, location and gender. Finally, we examine the provision of payload elements for ESA’s Science Programme missions. We use the number of payload investigators to give insights into the levels of contribution and exploitation of the different ESA Member States. This book is open access under a CC BY license.
