We must learn to be patient with our spouses, and ourselves. The Change we seek may not come quickly or easily, but we must patiently keep doing the best we can to keep our commitment to our spouses. Remember, we are all working through the problems with the aim of restoring our marriage to stability and happiness. We can decide to seek the counsel and advice of others in discovering how to save our marriage, but it is imperative that we stay cautious about what we choose to reveal and to whom we decided to tell. Commitment to our spouse, patience, prayer, the scriptures, wise counsel and the willingness to learn from our past mistakes and taking the right decisions to change are good steps toward helping to save our marriage.
