Mit der Einf hrung der elektronischen Bahn bergangsicherungsanlagen konnte ein wichtiger Meilenstein in der Verwirklichung moderner Technik am Bahn bergang gesetzt werden. Zur Sicherstellung des technischen Fortschrittes unterliegt dieses System einer st ndigen Weiterentwicklung. So konnten zum Beispiel in den letzten Jahren erfolgreich LED Signalgeber eingef hrt werden. Befinden sich B SA kurz hintereinander spricht man von Bahn bergangsketten. In Bahn bergangsketten wird f r jeden Bahn bergang eine eigene Schalteinrichtung mit Schalthaus, Batterie und Energieversorgungsanschluss ben tigt. Zur Reduzierung dieser Kosten kann es sinnvoll sein, die Bahn bergangsanlagen in einer Kette in einem zentralen Schalthaus zu integrieren. Die Integration der Schalteinrichtung st sst sehr schnell an ihre Grenze, da die Schrankenantriebe w hrend des Schaltvorgangs kurzzeitig viel Energie ben tigen und mit der heute eingesetzten Technik die bertragungsstrecke limitiert ist. Zum Speichern von Energie werden Doppelschichtkondensatoren verwendet. Die Forschung und Entwicklung von Doppelschichtkondensatoren ist mittlerweile so weit fortgeschritten, dass sich f r diese Energiespeicher interessante Einsatzm glichkeiten, auch in der Eisenbahntechnik, ergeben. Es w re denkbar, die Steuereinrichtung f r mehrere Bahn berg nge in einem Schalthaus zu integrieren, obwohl die Bahn berg nge in weiteren Entfernungen auseinander liegen. Die vorliegende Studie zeigt anhand von theoretischen Betrachtungen M glichkeiten f r den Einsatz von Doppelschichtkondensatoren auf. Hierbei werden insbesondere die planungstechnischen Parameter betrachtet.
