Die vorliegende Publikation ist das Ergebnis einer Forschungsarbeit in Wirtschaftswissenschaften. Darin wurde untersucht, wie der bergang zu einer gr nen Wirtschaft zu einer neuen Quelle von M glichkeiten werden kann, um L ndern mit niedrigem Einkommen und Nahrungsmitteldefizit (LIC) nicht nur aus der extremen Armut herauszuhelfen, sondern auch eine nachhaltige Entwicklung zu erreichen. In diesem Buch versuchen wir, die Frage theoretisch und empirisch zu analysieren, welche Rolle der bergang zu einer gr nen Wirtschaft spielen kann, um die extreme Armut zu beseitigen und die LICs auf dem Weg zu einer nachhaltigen Entwicklung zu unterst tzen.Wir beleuchten den Literatur berblick ber die Verantwortung des Klimawandels f r die Verschlechterung der Lebensqualit t von Menschen, die laut Weltbank unterhalb der Armutsgrenze leben. Wir untersuchen auch die Rolle des bergangs zu einer gr nen Wirtschaft, um die LRDCs zu einer nachhaltigen Entwicklung zu f hren. Schlie lich betrachten wir die verschiedenen Ideen, die im Zusammenhang mit der Ausrichtung der LRDC-Wirtschaft auf eine nachhaltige Entwicklung entwickelt wurden, und die geeigneten Antworten darauf.

This publication is the result of a research thesis in economics. It seeks to show how the transition to a green economy can become a new source of opportunities not only to help low-income food-deficit countries (LIFDCs) escape extreme poverty, but also to achieve sustainable development. In this book, we attempt to analyze theoretically and empirically the role that the transition to a green economy can play in eradicating extreme poverty and moving LIFDCs towards sustainable development.We highlight the literature review on the responsibility of climate change for the deterioration in the quality of life of people living below the poverty line according to the World Bank. We also look at the role of the transition to a green economy in leading LIFDCs towards sustainable development. Finally, we look at the different ideas developed in the context of orienting the LIFDCs' economy towards sustainable development, and the appropriate responses not only for the LIFDCs, but also for the rest of the world.

Essa cerca di dimostrare come la transizione verso un'economia verde possa diventare una nuova fonte di opportunit non solo per aiutare i Paesi a basso reddito con deficit alimentare (LIFDC) a sfuggire alla povert estrema, ma anche per raggiungere uno sviluppo sostenibile. In questo libro cerchiamo di analizzare dal punto di vista teorico ed empirico il ruolo che la transizione verso un'economia verde pu svolgere nell'eliminare la povert estrema e nel portare i LIFDC verso uno sviluppo sostenibile.Si evidenzia la revisione della letteratura sulla responsabilit del cambiamento climatico per il deterioramento della qualit della vita delle persone che vivono al di sotto della soglia di povert secondo la Banca Mondiale. Si analizza inoltre il ruolo della transizione verso un'economia verde nel condurre i LIFDC verso uno sviluppo sostenibile. Infine, analizziamo le varie idee sviluppate nel contesto della guida dell'economia dei LIFDC verso lo sviluppo sostenibile e le risposte appropriate non solo per i LIFDC, ma anche per il resto del mondo.

Simon Leys is the pen-name of Pierre Ryckmans, who was born in Belgium and settled in Australia in 1970. He taught Chinese literature at the Australian National University and was Professor of Chinese Studies at the University of Sydney from 1987 to 1993. He died in 2015. Writing in three languages - French, Chinese and English - he played an important political role in revealing the true nature of the Cultural Revolution. His writing on China and on varied literary and cultural topics appeared regularly in the New York Review of Books, Le Monde, Le Figaro LittUraire, Quadrant and the Monthly, and his books include The Hall of Uselessness, The Death of Napoleon, Other People's Thoughts and The Wreck of the Batavia & Prosper. In 1996 he delivered the ABC's Boyer Lectures. His many awards include the Prix Renaudot, the Prix Mondial Cino Del Duca, the Prix Guizot and the Christina Stead Prize for fiction. This substantial biography - recently published by Gallimard in France to wide acclaim and winning an academy award from the AcadUmie Francaise - draws on extensive correspondence with Ryckmans, as well as his unpublished writings.It has been translated by an internationally renowned French translator Julie Rose (based in Sydney).

Gleichheitssätze verschiedenster Herkunft weisen in Tatbestand und Rechtsfolgen gemeinsame Strukturelemente auf, die die Autoren der vorliegenden Untersuchung herausarbeiten. Zentral ist das Tatbestandselement "Ungleichbehandlung", wofür ein konsistenteres Begriffsverständnis vorgeschlagen wird. Elemente, die bei vielen Gleichheitssätzen hinzutreten, sind verbotene Anknüpfungen und eine mögliche Rechtfertigung. Vieldiskutierte Einzelprobleme (z.B. "Gleichheit im Unrecht", "Selbstbindung der Verwaltung") werden innerhalb dieser Tatbestandsstruktur verortet und Lösungen zugeführt. Auf der Rechtsfolgenseite steht die Alternativität aller gleichheitsrechtlichen Verpflichtungen im Zentrum: Es muss nur gleichbehandelt werden; ob in positiver oder negativer Richtung, bleibt dem Verpflichteten aber überlassen. The application of Bayesian Networks (BN) or Dynamic Bayesian Networks (DBN) in dependability and risk analysis is a recent development. A large number of scientific publications show the interest in the applications of BN in this field. Unfortunately, this modeling formalism is not fully accepted in the industry. The questions facing today's engineers are focused on the validity of BN models and the resulting estimates. Indeed, a BN model is not based on a specific semantic in dependability but offers a general formalism for modeling problems under uncertainty. This book explains the principles of knowledge structuration to ensure a valid BN and DBN model and illustrate the flexibility and efficiency of these representations in dependability, risk analysis and control of multi-state systems and dynamic systems. Across five chapters, the authors present several modeling methods and industrial applications are referenced for illustration in real industrial contexts.
