I love all of Mark's books. I got hooked when I read Mr. McGinnis' first book, Scrapyard Ship. I read the entire Scrapyard Ship box set and got to know Captain Jason Reynolds, and Molly, Dira, and their military spacecraft, the Lilly. Now, with the Star Watch Box set, I have gotten close to Boomer and Ricket. The record-breaking trip through the canyon was well told, as well as all of the history of the dam, the dories, and the people involved. A great read for any river rat or outdoor enthusiast. Mark's books always have lots of sci-fi action and adventure and a plethora of interesting and unusual aliens. I'm am especially fond of Ricket.- Stuart W. I loved the fact they had some future insights into the area where I currently live (Knoxville) lol. I can't believe we're already at book 5 I enjoyed the Scrapyard books and was happy when the Star Watch books came out but it seems like it just started how can we possibly be at book five? If you've been reading the series you'll know the characters and it's great to be back reading about them again.
