alışmanın amacı, kafein takviyesinin laktik asit ve Wingate Anaerobik G Testi'ndeki peak power verisi zerine etkisinin değerlendirildiği alışmaların meta analitik y ntemle incelenmesidir. İlgili alışmalara ulaşabilmek i in Google Scholar, Pubmed, Web of Science ve ScienceDirect veri tabanlarında son 5 yıl i erisinde (2018-2022) yapılmış kafein takviyesi ile yorgunluğu değerlendiren 1160 alışmaya ve kafein takviyesi ile anaerobik performansı değerlendiren 1114 alışmaya ait veriler, anahtar kelime taraması ile elde edilmiştir. Kafein takviyesi ile yorgunluğu değerlendiren 13 alışma ve kafein takviyesi ile anaerobik performansı değerlendiren 20 alışma analize dahil edilmiştir. Raporlama neticesinde ulaşılan veriler, Review Manager 5.4 (Cochrane's Software) kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir.
