The Pandora's box. The forbidden truth about dating and relationships.
This book was requested by my clients as a follow up of my book "The Interior Light - Activate your greatness" as a more detailed analysis of attraction, dating and relationships, in which I examine a fictional love story with comments and explanations. Once you open "The Pandora's box - The forbidden truth about dating and relationships" and read it, all the illusions about dating and relationships will be vanquished and it will remain only the factual truth about why attraction, dating and relationship work the way it does as well as what exactly women and men think when they test each other. As the principles of attraction, dating and relationship become instictive to you, you will become an alpha of your respective gender (alpha man, alpha woman) and always know what to do and not do in any given moment: this truth will be yours for your whole life thus improving and allowing you to have effortless dating and relationship skills. This book proposes a fresh approach to sociological analysis and, in particular, to the analysis of scientific culture. It moves away from previous studies, which have tended to focus on scientists' actions and beliefs to show that analysis of scientific discourse can be productive and revealing. The book demonstrates that scientists produce varying accounts of their actions and beliefs in different social situations. Rather than attempting to extract one coherent interpretation from these diverse accounts, the study identifies two basic scientific repertoires and shows how scientists use them to create their discourse. This provides a point of departure for more complex analytical topics. Discourse analysis is applied to show how different degrees of 'consensus' can be ascribed to the same group of scientists at a given moment in time through the application of standard interpretive techniques. Finally, discourse analysis is used to explore scientists' humour, a neglected topic that is shown to provide important insights into the normally hidden interpretive regularities which underlie the cultural diversity of science.
Closing Pandora's Box: Empowering Parents to Help Their Children Reject Pornography
Closing Pandora's Box replaces Pandora's Box is Open, Now What Do I Do, but the content is the same. Research shows that pornography addiction is as real as any other form of addiction, and children are especially susceptible to its damaging effects. Their first exposure releases unnaturally high levels of pleasurable chemicals in the brain, then the body grows used to this chemical concoction and continues to seek it out. Repeated porn usage delivers this gratifying chemical hit, time after time. Like a drug, kids keep coming back for more, sometimes in response to boredom, but very often as a way to cope with the difficulties and uncertainties of life, which-let's face it- will always exist. As a result, instead of developing healthy coping techniques, children are becoming tethered to one of the unhealthiest coping strategies there is: addiction. The porn industry knows this and that's why they want to hook our children, and hook them young. And they will stop at virtually nothing to do this. They want customers for life, and what better way than to target innocent children who lack the judgment to avoid pornography's perverse pull? Some people say there's no hope for helping children learn to resist the quicksand of pornography. Don't believe it. When parents combine the bond they have with their children, with knowledge and skill-based resources, there is clear hope for both prevention and recovery. Remember this: Although the purveyors of pornography are flooding the world with their life-altering material, they can be beaten. Why is that? Because parents and their children have the most powerful defense of all, and that's a loving, deep and abiding relationship they can build on, something the porn industry will never have.
