This is my newest poetry collection, Rose Gold and Blood Moons-my tenth book I've written. It's spiteful, bitter, angry, and heartbroken. There's a rage in this that comes from a series of betrayals so horrible, they can only be described by the words on these pages, and can barely be said aloud. I spent the summer plotting revenge each night and cursing the moon for doing nothing as it watched me crack and fall apart on the pavement, ignoring my desperate cries for help. My only comfort is the copper blush of a better tomorrow, but a hemorrhaging sky makes that almost impossible to see-trapped in the deep shades of crimson grief. This is what the book's about-the delusion and the pain that comes with deception. I hope anyone who's experienced this kind of suffering can relate to it on some level, or can find healing in the outcome of it. As for my "muses," this book is for you-all the ones who did me wrong this year. You know who you are. You know what you did. You know how I feel about you. Look what you made me do now-the werewolf is ready to attack, and no mercy will be given.
The Damned: Attempting to save his sister's life, Marcus is trapped in the underworld, forced to watch through the eyes of a shape-shifting demon as it destroys all which he holds dear to torment him. How far will he go to escape and save those he cares about? And will the price be more than he can bear? Redemption: Lost in the land of the dead with no memory and separated from Rose, Marcus must face the coming trials with his soul and sanity intact. Rose, meanwhile, must face her past and rise above the darkness within or fall forever. The Gathering: Stranded in a post-apocalyptic world where massive storms tear the threads of reality further apart by the second, two groups must find a way to survive. Mortal now, Marcus must choose to ascend for real, or remain in a world hurtling toward destruction. The Harbingers: This world, the last of a number once beyond the mathematical capabilities of average human minds, will soon be gone unless Marcus and a handful of powerful beings can manage to save it.

Rose in Snow is a fictionalized account of the impact of the Boston and Sandwich Glass Company on the rural way of life, the rise of the middle class, and the conflicts that people of the day endured in 1837. Set in Sandwich, Massachusetts, this story reveals the connections townsfolk endeavor to make as they navigate a changing way of life. Widower Noble Foster, at age thirty-nine, faces the challenges of farming life on the land he inherited from his father. His will is tested when his wife Sara dies in childbirth, leaving him an infant to raise. The Boston and Sandwich Glass Company is encroaching on the pine forests surrounding his farm and he fears he will lose all that he loves. Meanwhile an ambitious mother connives to marry her youngest daughter to the newly widowed Noble. Smitten, Noble finds himself romantically entangled with the charming, young Emily Harrelson only to discover her intentions are impure. Through the story, a female reporter chronicles the changing events in town as well as Noble's romance. The story reflects the beauty of the land and the desires of people trying to hold on to the past while change is sweeping into their lives at every turn. Rose in Snow is a gentle and endearing story, which reminds us of the hardships, challenges, and hope that propels us onward.

A startlingly original magical adventure that gives the phrase unlikely hero a whole new meaning.Rose Coffin can't win. She's teased for her secondhand clothes. She's teased for blushing all the time. And she's teased for slipping into song at inopportune moments, though that's the only thing that keeps her panic at bay. After a particularly mortifying incident, Rose escapes to the woods where she's captured by a group of otherworldly creatures. They take her to Eppersett-a magical, eerily beautiful place where cemeteries are full of dead dreams, moving castles roll along on tracks, and most shocking of all . . . people seem to love Rose at first sight. They tell her that she's the one they've been waiting for. The one who's going to save them. An evil force called the Abomination is on the loose, and there's only one thing powerful enough to stop it-her voice. There's just one catch. Rose hasn't been brought to Eppersett to fight the Abomination. She's going to be sacrificed to it. She's the chosen one all right . . . the one who's been chosen to die.In this startlingly original fantasy, M.P. Kozlowsky takes readers on a journey like no other-an adventure that'll transform everything you thought you knew about friendship, love, and the true power of finding your voice.
