Following the Intergalactic Singularity War, Dekker Knight, mercenary and collector of arcane artifacts, works for the highest bidder-but he doesn't take just any job. One in particular, transporting Austicon, the assassin who stalked his family for generations to a max-lock detention, was supposed to close a dark chapter of Dekker's life. After the constables botched Austicon's incarceration, Dekker's team is forced to hunt down the galaxies' most heinous criminal all over again when a mysterious man claiming to be an ancient, time-traveling prophet intrudes on them. Ezekiel claims Dekker will soon annihilate all reality-and he knows all of Dekker's secrets: that he wields an ancient, celestial weapon, was once married to a terrorist, and is the last member of the Watchmen-an ancient secret society with roots tracing back to Solomon. Following Austicon's theft of a superweapon, Dekker and his team must do the unthinkable to prevent the Earth's annihilation. Worse yet, a demon-possessed tree is attempting to bring "the divine engines of reality" to a grinding halt-destroying all of existence with the death of the planet-annihilating all that is, will be, and ever was Steampunk time-travel, cyborg ninjas, deep space unicorn zombies, ghostly rocket-ships, and star destroying Hassidic super-weapons converge in one epic story How long can The Dozen escape death? How far can Dekker go in defiance of fate and pursuit of love before his actions break the universe?
The English Musical Renaissance and the Press 1850-1914: Watchmen of Music
The importance of nineteenth-century writing about culture has long been accepted by scholars, yet so far as music criticism is concerned, Victorian England has been an area of scholarly neglect. This state of affairs is all the more surprising given that the quantity of such criticism in the Victorian and Edwardian press was vast, much of it displaying a richness and diversity of critical perspectives. Through the study of music criticism from several key newspapers and journals (specifically The Times, Daily Telegraph, Athenaeum and The Musical Times), this book examines the reception history of new English music in the period surveyed and assesses its cultural, social and political, importance. Music critics projected and promoted English composers to create a national music of which England could be proud. J A Fuller Maitland, critic on The Times, described music journalists as 'watchmen on the walls of music', and Meirion Hughes extends this metaphor to explore their crucial role in building and safeguarding what came to be known as the English Musical Renaissance. Part One of the book looks at the critics in the context of the publications for which they worked, while Part Two focuses on the relationship between the watchmen-critics and three composers: Arthur Sullivan, Hubert Parry and Edward Elgar. Hughes argues that the English Musical Renaissance was ultimately a success thanks largely to the work of the critics. In so doing, he provides a major re-evaluation of the impact of journalism on British music history.

Intercessory Training of Gatekeepers Prayer Warriors, and Watchmen on the Walls
Every ministry needs the information in this groundbreaking book. Intercessors are as vital to the church as air is to lungs. There are many churches who have prayer teams who might meet every Saturday morning for an hour or so for corporate prayer, but that is not enough. Intercessors need to be strategically positioned in the spirit realm in the areas where God has appointed them. They need to be trained on how to intercede and also on how to wage war in the Spirit. This book covers all aspects of the intercessory ministry, and after reading this book, your views on intercessors and intercession will be transformed. The church that applies the teachings in this book will begin to see the success of the breakthroughs they have been longing for in their local assembly.
