Die k rperliche Bestandsaufnahme des Anlageverm gens ist eine Pflicht bung, die in den Einheitlichen Gesetzen der OHADA gut geregelt ist. ber diesen rechtlichen Aspekt hinaus stellt die k rperliche Bestandsaufnahme des Anlageverm gens f r die Unternehmen in Kamerun zahlreiche steuerliche, betriebswirtschaftliche und strategische Herausforderungen dar. Die meisten kamerunischen Industrieunternehmen sto en bei der Durchf hrung ihrer Inventurarbeiten auf zahlreiche Schwierigkeiten. Um diese Unzul nglichkeiten zu beheben, haben wir zun chst eine Diagnose aller T tigkeiten im Zusammenhang mit der k rperlichen Bestandsaufnahme durchgef hrt. Um die Durchf hrung der k rperlichen Bestandsaufnahme in diesen Unternehmen zu verbessern, haben wir einige Prozesse der k rperlichen Bestandsaufnahme automatisiert. Dieser neue Ansatz legt den Schwerpunkt auf eine innovative Methodik und eine hochmoderne Ausr stung f r die Durchf hrung dieser Arbeiten. Es gelang uns, die Verfahren der internen Revision und der Managementkontrolle in Bezug auf die berwachung des Anlageverm gens in mehreren kamerunischen Unternehmen zu st rken.

The physical inventory of fixed assets is an obligatory exercise and well regulated by the OHADA Uniform Acts. Beyond this legal aspect, the physical inventory of fixed assets presents many fiscal, managerial and strategic issues for companies in Cameroon. As far as the majority of Cameroonian industrial companies are concerned, they encounter many difficulties when carrying out their physical inventory of fixed assets. In order to overcome these shortcomings, we first carried out a diagnosis of all the activities related to the physical inventory. In order to improve the practice of the physical inventory of fixed assets in these companies, we proceeded to the automation of certain procedures of this process of physical inventory of fixed assets. This new approach emphasizes an innovative methodology and state-of-the-art equipment for the realization of this work. We have managed to strengthen the internal audit and management control procedures related to the monitoring of fixed assets in several Cameroonian companies.

L'inventario fisico delle immobilizzazioni un esercizio obbligatorio ed ben regolamentato dagli Atti uniformi dell'OHADA. Al di l di questo aspetto legale, l'inventario fisico delle immobilizzazioni presenta molte sfide fiscali, gestionali e strategiche per le aziende del Camerun. La maggior parte delle aziende industriali camerunesi incontra numerose difficolt nell'effettuare l'inventario fisico delle immobilizzazioni. Per superare queste carenze, abbiamo innanzitutto effettuato una diagnosi di tutte le attivit legate all'inventario fisico. Per migliorare la pratica dell'inventario fisico delle immobilizzazioni in queste aziende, abbiamo proceduto ad automatizzare alcune procedure del processo di inventario fisico. Questo nuovo approccio pone l'accento su una metodologia innovativa e su attrezzature all'avanguardia per lo svolgimento di questo lavoro. Siamo riusciti a rafforzare le procedure di audit interno e di controllo di gestione relative al monitoraggio delle immobilizzazioni in diverse aziende camerunesi.
