The man of God on the mountain is not only given the blueprint for the City of God in a vision, he himself-in his flesh-is also to be the blueprint.The Gospel of John and the Revelation both employ the elements of the Tabernacle as a pattern for their literary composition. The possibility that John used the same pattern to govern the composition of the three preserved epistles is worthy of investigation. Indeed, the complexity of the multilayered "construction" of these letters indicates a miraculous gift from God, the literary equivalent of the cunning work of the Spirit-filled artisans Bezalel and Aholiab. The difference, of course, is that John is building tents out of words, ministering to the camp of the saints in anticipation of the coming holy city. Identification of the literary "tessellations" not only reveals John's internal logic, and explains many, if not all, of the oddities and ambiguities in the text, but it also sheds light upon the authenticity of its infamous textual variant. The Revelation can only be understood in the light of Old Testament symbols and sequences, and the same is true of the epistle of Jude, which employs the pattern of Israel's wilderness trek to sort the sons of men from the Sons of God, serving as a blistering hors d'oeuvre to John's fiery feast.

Times and seasons have rapidly changed coupled up with the advancement in technology, science, education and this has completely altered what many saw and believed to be the normal way of life, to a more robust and challenging way of doing things and the thought line has also shifted and can now be seen how people perceive things, do things and the results are obvious either to advance positively or detrimental to us.Many people have come to the crossroad in their lives in search and pursuit of what they thought and called their own lives, truths and ways or because of their ignorance been disappointed and failed miserably simply because they missed to take into account of the most fundamental foundation as taught by Jesus Christ in answer to Thomas' question .."....Jesus said to him, I am the Way, the truth, and the life.No one comes to the Father except through Me"(Matthew 14:5-6)In these letters, i try to remind my reader(s) that besides many peoples' opinions that there could be many ways, many truths and many lives, there in only one Biblical teaching of "The" one Life, Truth and Way and this is Jesus Christ who is the ultimate keeper of all.I also try to show and help my reader(s)see Jesus' above words to Thomas come true and alive in the letters as John portrays Jesus Christ as "The" Life in 1st John, as "The"truth in 2nd John, as "The" Way in 3rd John and finally as Our "Keeper" in Jude from the infiltration of false prophets and teachers and be able to keep us from stumbling and present us faultless before His glory with exceeding Joy.

Seminar paper from the year 2009 in the subject English - Literature, Works, grade: 12, University of Marburg, course: The Pre-Modern Novel: Hardy and Conrad, language: English, abstract: Two completely different women, Susanna Bridehead and Arabella Donn, share the same man in Thomas Hardy s Jude the Obscure. Jude s cousin Sue is a "pretty, liquid-eyed, light-footed young woman" . Her mind, her education, her unconventional beliefs and especially her insistence on these beliefs impress Jude. His affection to Arabella Donn is quite different. She whom he addressed was a fine dark-eyed girl, not exactly handsome, but capable of passing as such at a little distance, despite some coarseness of skin and fibre. She had a round and prominent bosom, full lips, perfect teeth, and the rich complexion of a Cochin hen's egg. She was a complete and substantial female animal -- no more, no less. Of course, Sue and Arabella are not just contrasting in their appearance but they have oppositional ideas, beliefs and attitudes towards life. Therefore, they lead their lives under different circumstances and get different social recognition. By this example, Hardy criticizes the rigidity of certain conventions in the Victorian Age. In the following I will analyse various aspects which demonstrate the differences between the two characters, namely the two women's relation to Jude and their attitude towards sexuality, marriage, motherhood, religion and education.
