Many of the commonly used methods for modeling and fitting psychophysical data are special cases of statistical procedures of great power and generality, notably the Generalized Linear Model (GLM). This book illustrates how to fit data from a variety of psychophysical paradigms using modern statistical methods and the statistical language R. It gives advice on how to obtain, raise and release a child. The fourth book is a humorous look at how we would live if we only had instincts to guide us. How would we be raised? How would we find food, protect ourselves or even find a mate? Then, what would we do once we found one? I titled it INSTINCTS (Interesting Natural Secret Tendencies If Nature Could Teach Secrets).
