Since its inception, this book was developed exclusively considering the reader, emphasizing a clear and friendly reading focused on the main topic. In this way, the book does not use complicated terminologies or resort excessively to elaborate physiological or biomechanical explanations that can generate a heavy reading, but without this, implying an omission in the developed content's quality. The goal is to offer the information clearly, so that the reader can go through each paragraph in a friendly manner, generating, as far as possible, a favorable environment for the process of acquisition and consolidation of knowledge. This goal is a real challenge when developing highly complex topics by their very nature, taking many hours of writing, reviewing, and rewriting to ensure that each text complies with the established. Each of the book's ten chapters deals with a particular topic related to improving and optimizing the technical skills of weightlifting. Its fundamentals are explained, conclusions are drawn, as well as practical applications. The book will fulfill its goal if, after reading, the reader broadens his vision of the process of technical improvement and acquires a battery of applicative actions to implement in pro of the technical optimization of weightlifting exercises.
