A presente investiga o, devido ao seu desenho, mista, tomando como refer ncia uma amostra de 109 estudantes com defici ncia matriculados no semestre 2023-2 na Universidade de Sonora e pertencentes ao programa de inclus o educacional. O objetivo determinar a qualidade do programa de inclus o educacional na Universidade de Sonora atrav s da perspetiva dos estudantes com defici ncia, a fim de estabelecer a import ncia da atividade f sica e do desporto como estrat gia para promover a integra o social e melhorar a qualidade de vida destes estudantes no ambiente universit rio. Os resultados, de car cter explorat rio, permitem-nos deduzir que, com base nas opini es dos estudantes com defici ncia, o programa de inclus o na Universidade de Sonora de baixa qualidade.
