Die subprothetische Stomatitis ist eine chronische entz ndliche L sion der Wangenschleimhaut, deren tiologie multifaktoriell ist und immer mit der Verwendung von Prothesen zusammenh ngt. Diese therapeutische Modalit t wurde unter dem Gesichtspunkt ihrer Wirksamkeit untersucht, wobei die geschlechtsspezifische Analyse nicht ber cksichtigt wurde; in diesen F llen wurde eine Aufschl sselung nach Geschlechtern vorgenommen und eine Analyse vom biologischen Standpunkt aus durchgef hrt, Die Gender-Analyse basiert jedoch nicht auf biologischen Unterschieden, sondern auf den sozialen Unterschieden, die dadurch entstehen, dass man in einem bestimmten Kontext ein Mann oder eine Frau ist, und hat einen historischen Charakter, der unterstreicht, dass eine der Dimensionen der sozialen Ungleichheit die Beziehung zwischen Frauen und M nnern ist, zusammen mit anderen wie soziale Klasse, ethnische Zugeh rigkeit, Wohnregion. Die Anwendung dieses Ansatzes bereichert den Erkl rungsrahmen f r den Krankheitsverlauf und die Reaktion auf bestimmte Behandlungen. The subprosthetic stomatitis is a chronic inflammatory lesion of the buccal mucosa, the etiology is multifactorial always related to the use of prosthesis. Multiple are the treatments used where Ozone Therapy occupies an important space, this therapeutic modality has been analyzed from the perspective of its effectiveness where the gender analysis has not been taken into account, in these cases the disaggregation by sexes is made and an analysis is made from the biological point of view, However, gender analysis is not based on biological differences, but rather on the social differences generated by being a man or a woman in a given context and has a historical character, which is based on the fact that one of the dimensions of social inequality is the relationship between women and men, together with others such as social class, ethnicity and region of residence. The use of this approach enriches the explanatory frameworks of the health-disease process, as well as the response to certain treatments. Cette modalit th rapeutique a fait l'objet d'une analyse du point de vue de son efficacit o l'analyse de genre n'a pas t prise en compte, dans ces cas la d sagr gation par sexe est effectu e et une analyse est faite du point de vue biologique, Cependant, l'analyse de genre n'est pas bas e sur les diff rences biologiques, mais sur les diff rences sociales g n r es par le fait d' tre un homme ou une femme dans un contexte donn et a un caract re historique, ce qui soutient que l'une des dimensions de l'in galit sociale est la relation entre les femmes et les hommes, avec d'autres telles que la classe sociale, l'ethnicit , la r gion de r sidence. L'utilisation de cette approche enrichit les cadres explicatifs du processus sant -maladie, ainsi que la r ponse certains traitements.
