In the book we will present a detailed explanation of the karyotype technique and a solution to the problem we are exposed to in genetics laboratories. karyotype technology The detection of some genetic diseases in humans through the examination of chromosomes and the number and forms and sizes of a blood sample or biopsy of the spinal cord or tissues of the person and compared to the natural state. By rearranging the chromosomes in the sample taken from the human body, thus contributing to the detection of genetic diseases in the target sample, as well as detecting diseases that can be diagnosed through the technique of karyotype Syndrome Down, Edward syndrome, Turner syndrome and Kleinfelter syndrome, and lack of growth and development, as well as leukemia and lymphoma . Dix accessions de carottes (Daucus carota L.) sont collect es de la r gion de Sidi Bouzid et ensuite cultiv es pour leur caract risation morphologique, physiologique et biochimique. La caract risation morphologique montre un polymorphisme caract risant tous les organes de la plante chez les dix accessions tudi es. Dans des boites de p tri, les graines des dix accessions tudi es sont capables de germer en pr sence de NaCl m me sous la plus forte concentration 16 g/l (L3, F4, R8 et L10). En plein-air, l' tude de la tol rance la salinit des dix accessions de carottes a permis de mettre en vidence une variabilit entre les accessions. En fait, au fur et mesure que la concentration de NaCl augmente, les masses de mati res fra che et s che ainsi que la teneur en eau au niveau de la plante sont diminu s. De m me, la capacit photosynth tique est touch e se traduisant par une diminution de la synth se des pigments chlorophylliens et des carot no des. Sur le plan biochimique, l'augmentation de la concentration de NaCl stimule la synth se de la proline et des sucres solubles, augmente les teneurs en sodium et en chlore et baisse les teneurs en potassium et en calcium.
