Il explique le d veloppement d'un mod le bas sur la logique floue qui effectue une analyse multicrit re pour aider la prise de d cision, visant diagnostiquer les comp tences non techniques dans la formation en ing nierie. Cet instrument scientifique a t d velopp avec le logiciel fuzzyTECH, qui supportait les calculs n cessaires aux r sultats. La structure hi rarchique de type arborescent descendante a t con ue partir d'une revue syst matique de la litt rature, qui a effectu des recherches dans les bases de donn es Web of Science, Science Direct, Scopus et EJEE, sur une p riode de 15 ans, en combinant des mots-cl s de deux branches principales: l'ing nierie et les sciences humaines. Au total, 3951 articles ont t obtenus, class s par l'algorithme de classement scientifique indexOrdinatio, qui prend en compte l'ann e de recherche de l'article, l'ann e de publication, le nombre de citations dans Google Schoolar et le JCR de chaque revue. Au final, 64 articles ont t analys s de mani re critique pour capturer les comp tences non techniques les plus importantes pour les ing nieurs utilis es dans la composition de la mod lisation. Cet outil robuste a t valid et a d montr qu'il pr sente les caract ristiques de fiabilit , d' quivalence, de stabilit , de validit et de coh rence.

Spiega lo sviluppo di un modello basato su logica fuzzy che esegue analisi multicriteri per aiutare il processo decisionale, con l'obiettivo di diagnosticare le competenze trasversali nella formazione ingegneristica. Questo strumento scientifico stato sviluppato con il software fuzzyTECH, che ha supportato i calcoli necessari per i risultati. La struttura gerarchica ad albero dall'alto verso il basso stata progettata da una revisione sistematica della letteratura, che ha cercato nei database Web of Science, Science Direct, Scopus ed EJEE, per oltre 15 anni, combinando parole chiave di due rami principali: Ingegneria e Scienze umanistiche. Sono stati ottenuti un totale di 3951 articoli, che sono stati classificati dall'algoritmo di ranking scientifico indexOrdinatio, che tiene conto dell'anno di ricerca dell'articolo, dell'anno di pubblicazione, del numero di citazioni in Google Schoolar e del JCR di ciascuna rivista. Alla fine, 64 articoli sono stati analizzati criticamente per catturare le pi importanti competenze trasversali per gli ingegneri utilizzate nella composizione della modellazione. Questo robusto strumento stato convalidato e ha dimostrato di possedere le caratteristiche di affidabilit , equivalenza, stabilit , validit e coerenza.

In diesem Papier wurden die wichtigsten Aspekte, die zum Aufbau dieser F higkeiten erforderlich sind, aus der Sicht von Organisationspsychologen bewertet. Die wichtigen Soft Skills, die zuvor durch eine systematische Literaturrecherche als wichtig f r Ingenieure identifiziert wurden, wurden in Kerngruppen gruppiert. Diese bildeten die Grundlage f r die Entwicklung eines Fragebogens, mit dem die Wahrnehmung der einzelnen Soft Skills durch die Organisationspsychologen in Bezug auf die Leistung der Ingenieure bewertet werden sollte. Die Ergebnisse best tigen den Gedanken, dass Soft Skills f r die berufliche Leistung des Ingenieurs wichtig sind und in direktem Zusammenhang mit der Multidisziplinarit t des Bereichs stehen. Die Ergebnisse deuten auch auf die dringende Notwendigkeit hin, den Austausch zwischen dem Markt und der akademischen Welt zu verst rken und die Lehrpl ne f r Ingenieurwissenschaften neu zu formulieren, um den Anforderungen eines zunehmend anspruchsvollen und wettbewerbsorientierten Arbeitsmarktes gerecht zu werden.

This paper evaluated the most important aspects needed to build these skills based on the perspectives of organizational psychologists. The important soft skills previously identified as important to Engineers through a Systematic Literature Review were grouped into core groups. These formed the basis for the development of a questionnaire used to assess organizational psychologists' perceptions of each soft skill in terms of Engineering performance. The results corroborate the idea that soft skills are important for the professional performance of the Engineer and are directly linked to the multidisciplinarity of the area. The results also suggest the urgent need to increase the exchange between market and academia and to reformulate Engineering curricula to reflect the demands of an increasingly challenging and competitive labor market.

Questo documento ha valutato gli aspetti pi importanti necessari per costruire queste competenze sulla base delle prospettive degli psicologi dell'organizzazione. Le soft skills precedentemente identificate come importanti per gli ingegneri attraverso una revisione sistematica della letteratura sono state raggruppate in gruppi principali. Questi hanno costituito la base per lo sviluppo di un questionario utilizzato per valutare la percezione degli psicologi organizzativi di ciascuna soft skill in termini di performance dell'ingegneria. I risultati confermano l'idea che le soft skills sono importanti per le prestazioni professionali dell'ingegnere e sono direttamente collegate alla multidisciplinarit dell'area. I risultati suggeriscono anche l'urgente necessit di aumentare lo scambio tra il mercato e il mondo accademico e di riformulare i curricula di ingegneria per riflettere le richieste di un mercato del lavoro sempre pi impegnativo e competitivo.

Surrounded by one of the largest petrochemical compounds in Argentina, a highly polluted river, a hazardous waste incinerator, and an unmonitored landfill, the shantytown Flammable suffers from rampant contamination of its soil, air, and water. In this book, Javier Auyero and Flammable resident Débora Alejandra Swistun draw upon archival research and two and a half years of fieldwork to explore the lived experiences of environmental suffering. Perhaps most interesting, the authors show that residents doubt or even deny the harmful impact of pollution on their lives. This denial of the obvious occurs through a "labor of confusion" generated by state officials who frequently raise the issue of relocation and just as frequently suspend it; by doctors who say the illnesses are no different from those elsewhere, but tell patients they must leave the neighborhood; and by lawyers who encourage residents to hold out for a settlement. Auyero and Swistun vividly depict this slow-motion disaster, dissecting the manifold ways in which it is experienced by Flammable residents.

So are its nearly five thousand sickened and frail inhabitants. How do poor people make sense of and cope with toxic pollution? Why do they fail to understand what is objectively a clear and present danger? How are perceptions and misperceptions shared within a community? Based on archival research and two and a half years of collaborative ethnographic fieldwork in Flammable, this book examines the lived experiences of environmental suffering. Despite clear evidence to the contrary, residents allow themselves to doubt or even deny the hard facts of industrial pollution. This happens, the authors argue, through a "labor of confusion" enabled by state officials who frequently raise the issue of relocation and just as frequently suspend it; by the companies who fund local health care but assert that the area is unfit for human residence; by doctors who say the illnesses are no different from anywhere else but tell mothers they must leave the neighborhood if their families are to be cured; by journalists who randomly appear and focus on the most extreme aspects of life there; and by lawyers who encourage residents to hold out for a settlement. These contradictory actions, advice, and information work together to shape the confused experience of living in danger and ultimately translates into a long, ineffective, and uncertain waiting time, a time dictated by powerful interests and shared by all marginalized groups. With luminous and vivid descriptions of everyday life in the neighborhood, Auyero and Swistun depict this on-going slow motion human and environmental disaster and dissect the manifold ways in which it is experienced by Flammable residents.
