Culex quinquefasciatus stellt aufgrund der von ihr bertragenen Krankheiten, aber vor allem aufgrund ihrer Bel stigung (Stiche, Summen) ein echtes Problem f r die ffentliche Gesundheit dar. Die Strategie der M ckenbek mpfung durch Suneem 1% ist ein gutes Mittel, um diese Krankheiten wirksam zu bek mpfen. Vor diesem Hintergrund entstand dieses Buch, dessen Ziel es ist, M cken durch den Einsatz von Biopestiziden wie Suneem wirksam zu bek mpfen. Um dieses Ziel zu erreichen, wurden 3500 Eier von C. quinquefasciatus, die mehreren Schalen entsprachen, mit verschiedenen Volumina von 1% Suneem (0,01 ml, 0,02 ml, 0,03 ml, 0,04 ml, 0,05 ml, 0,06 ml) und einer Kontrollschale (20 ml destilliertes Wasser) behandelt. Au erdem wurden 3000 Larven aller Stadien mit Konzentrationen von Suneem 1% (2mg/l, 4 mg/l, 6 mg/l, 8 mg/l; 10 mg/l; 12 mg/l; 14 mg/l; 16 mg/l, 18 mg/l bis 20 mg/l) behandelt. Die Ergebnisse zeigten eine sehr signifikante Sterblichkeit in Abh ngigkeit von der Zeit. Die Larven wurden nach einigen Stunden der Behandlung mit Hilfe der Mikroskopietechnik analysiert. Sie zeigten eine vollst ndige Zerst rung ihres Verdauungstraktes. Suneem ist also wirksam gegen M cken.

Culex quinquefasciatus is a real public health problem because of the diseases it transmits but especially because of their nuisance (biting, buzzing). The strategy of mosquito control by the Suneem 1% is a good way to fight effectively against these diseases. It is in this context that this book was written with the objective of effectively controlling mosquitoes through the use of biopesticides such as Suneem. To achieve this goal, 3500 eggs of C. quinquefasciatus corresponding to several trays were treated with different volumes of Suneem 1% (0.01 ml, 0.02 ml, 0.03 ml, 0.04 ml, 0.05 ml, 0.06 ml) and a control box (20 ml of distilled water) Also, 3000 larvae of all stages were treated with concentrations of Suneem 1% (2mg/l, 4 mg/l, 6 mg/l, 8 mg/l; 10 mg/l; 12 mg/l; 14 mg/l; 16 mg/l, 18 mg/l to 20 mg/l). The results showed very significant mortalities as a function of time. The larvae, after a few hours of treatment, were analyzed by the microscopy technique. They showed a total destruction of their digestive tract. Suneem is therefore effective against mosquitoes.

I risultati hanno mostrato una mortalit molto significativa in funzione del tempo. Le larve, dopo alcune ore di trattamento, sono state analizzate con la tecnica della microscopia. Hanno mostrato una distruzione totale del loro tratto digestivo. Il Suneem quindi efficace contro le zanzare.
