First and foremost, she is a child of the One-true and living God, and blessed beyond measure. She was born and raised as Denise L. Brooks in Louisville, Kentucky, the youngest of seven children. Later, she became Denise L. B. Zellars. For more than a decade, she served as Assistant Editor and feature writer for the Good newsletter Ministry at her local church. Her greatest joy in life is her relationship with our Savior and Lord, Jesus Christ. He continues to provide her with awesome revelations through His Word, and she is in awe of Him.
