Ancestors of Kane Churko Vol 1
Genealogy is a lifetime pursuit and it's very unusual to find someone whose pedigree can be traced back almost 100 generations. The ancestry of Kane Churko does just that. Although many of his lines are Hungarian, Polish, or Russia and are difficult to trace more than a few generations, as most Canadians he also has a few English, Welsh, and Scottish lines which seem to go on forever. Not only is he related to Atilla the Hun, but to Julius Caesar, Dagobert I and II, Merovech, Charlemagne, Prince Henry Sinclair, and the Grail Fisher King as well. Famous men and women are common as you go through the pages, including Elizabeth Stewart, Cleopatra, and Anna of Arimathea. There are even a few Templar Knights and Crusaders if you look close enough in the Montdidier line. Although it is difficult to document most events before 1500, some of the lines go back to 87 B.C. Enjoy the journey as you explore almost 100 generations of pedigree charts. Volume 2, which accompanies this book, will contain 50 generations of family groups.

Many books have written about Albert Pike. Authors have discussed his early life and education, his travel to the western states, his history as an Oddfellow, Freemason, Knight of the Golden Circle, Ku Klux Klan and as a Native American advocate. They've dissected his writings, especially the Morals and Dogma, and tried to determine if his World War III letter is real or fraudulent. One thing they've never discussed are the things that happened around him as he grew older and what molded and formed his personality. They also have never talked about his family, his wife and his '10' children and the trials he went through as a father and a husband. Those are some of the things which I'd like to address. I believe that we are all the product of 'nature' and 'nurture.' In other words, we need to learn who his ancestors were; what attributes he might have inherited, what ideas and beliefs were passed down to him, and how the environment he grew up in influenced his ideas and writings. Albert Pike was the descendant of '3' of the original 9 Knights Templars, as well as the Kings and Queens of England, Ireland, Wales, France and Germany. The question is: Did he know? Did it influence what he believed? Enjoy the journey as we discover the man behind the legend. I think you'll be very surprised at what we learn.

Ancestors of Sir David S Owens Vol. 2
Volume 2 of Sir David S Owens ancestry contains the family groups of the first 25 generations; even though there are more than 125 generations identified and available on Ancestry.com.. Most people can trace their ancestry back to the royal houses of Great Britain and Europe simply because of "survival of the fittest." Only the wealthy could afford the resources necessary to survive the numerous plagues, droughts and natural disasters and wars that plagued the Middle Ages. Although families were often very large, many of the children died young from disease. Even so, genealogy is a life-long pursuit and there is always more to do. It should be noted that most records end about 1500 and before that lineages are based are medieval texts, heraldry records, land probates records, and legend. One of those legends in David's genealogy is that of the Campbell Clan of Scotland being descended from King Arthur. It goes even further back to Roman times.. While this line certainly can't be proven, it's fun to consider the times our ancestors must have lived through. The front cover is a photo of Chillingham Castle in Scotland, the home of Bennett family. It has a long 'haunted' history and is still open today for tours.

When first asked to complete this genealogy, Louis knew very little about his father's side of the family. He had focused on the Italian side, which was an important part of his life. Now he knows, without a doubt, that his fathers side is incredibly diverse, as his mothers is Italian. Several of Louis' lines reach back to the Merovingian bloodlines, and if time would allow, could undoubtedly reach back to Biblical times and the bloodline of Christ. His father's side descends from Kings, Princes, Crusaders, and Knights Templars. If Italian records were available, his family there (mostly from Campania) would also reach back to medieval times when Crusaders and Knight plied the roadways between England and Jerusalem. Enjoy the journey as you explore his family To view additional photos, documents and papers relating to his family, please visit his family tree at Ancestry.com; the Emory Family Tree by Genclass222. The Weems of Abbeville, South Carolina
At least five different Weems men settled on Long Cane Creek in Abbeville County, South Carolina before the Revolutionary War. Even today there are Weems living in Abbeville County, both white and black. For years, genealogists have been confused about who is the son of whom, but land records make it clear that '4' men; Thomas (Eleanor) Weems, Redfearn Weems, Thomas (and Elizabeth) Weems, and Henry Weems all were granted land on Long Cane Creek. While the county lines have changed dramatically over the years, Long Cane Creek remained a constant. It was here that thousands of Weems descendants, both black and white, call home. Today, DNA evidence is slowly dividing the different Weems children into family groups. Included here, are the descendants of each of those identified children; regardless of who their parent(s) was. There is most certainly missing information, errors in dates and places, and misspellings. Feel free to scribble on your book and make your corrections, and additions.

TEMPLARS Who were they? Where did the go? Vol 1 of 2
Hundreds of books and papers have been written about the "Knights Templar". Most deal with their origins, recruitment practices, code of conduct, daily life, battles in which they fought and the political and economic machinations that took place throughout their almost 200 year history, followed by the trials which took place after their condemnation in 1307. While some authors have written about the founding "Nine" Templars and Jacgues de Molay - considered to be the last Templar - little is known of the other men (and women) who pledged their lives to the Order. This series tries to identify those who lived between 1114 and 1314 by studying the places where they lived; the commanderies and fortresses they built, and the armies of those they followed. Indexed, this book identifies more than 1500 Templars including 71 mentions of treasure! Vol 1 covers Ireland, Scotland, England, Wales, Flanders, and France. Vol 2 covers the Iberian peninsula, Portugal, Germany, Poland, Cyprus, Jerusalem, and more..
The Legere Family of Nova Scotia and France
The LeGere family originally came from the Dijon and Normandy areas of France; descendants of the Merovingian kings and lords of the surrounding region. Arriving in Annapolis Royal, Nova Scotia in the middle 1600s, the family quickly assimilated to the wildness of Nova Scotia. Jacques dit Larosset Leger arrived as part of the French contingent, ready to conquer and settle in ""New France."" Some of the Legere men married native American women; one of whom was a daughter of Henri Membertou, the first Mic'Mac native to be baptized by the French priests at the age of 103 and the leader of the Mic?Mac nation. When the French were expelled from Acadia, many went south to the United States, even to Louisiana. The ancestors of Henry Joseph Legere of South Dakota married into Italian, Austrian, and Russian families, giving them a diverse background of experience and talents. Descendants of the Merovingian kings, the Legere family is spread across the Americas, adding to the American fabric.
TEMPLARS Who were they? Where did they go? Vol 2 of 2
