Nella WEDM vengono applicate varie tecniche per migliorare il tasso di rimozione del materiale (MRR), la rugosit superficiale (SR) e l'ampiezza del taglio (KF) con diverse combinazioni di elettrodi. L'elettroerosione a filo uno dei processi di lavorazione non tradizionali. Questo progetto riassume la tecnica di ottimizzazione Taguchi, al fine di ottimizzare i parametri di taglio nell'elettroerosione a filo per l'acciaio inossidabile AISI 310. In questo studio stato utilizzato l'acciaio inox AISI 310 come pezzo, il filo di ottone di 0,25 mm di diametro come utensile e l'acqua distillata come fluido dielettrico per la sperimentazione stato utilizzato il metodo L16 di Taguchi. I parametri di input selezionati per l'ottimizzazione sono il tempo di accensione dell'impulso (Ton) e il tempo di spegnimento dell'impulso (Toff), la tensione del filo (Wt) e l'avanzamento del filo. Per ogni esperimento, la rugosit superficiale e i tempi di lavorazione, l'MRR e la larghezza del kerf devono essere determinati utilizzando la tecnica di ottimizzazione di Taguchi. I dati ottenuti dal presente lavoro sono stati analizzati utilizzando l'ANALISI REALE DI GREGGIO. Inoltre, l'analisi della varianza (ANOVA) troppo utile per identificare le trame degli effetti principali.

Dieses Buch untersucht experimentell die Auswirkung der Ausgangsparameter von Durchgangsbohrungen durch Variation der Betriebsparameter des Mikro-Elektroerosionsprozesses ( -EDM). Zur Ermittlung der optimalen Werte der Ausgabeparameter wird eine Varianzanalyse durchgef hrt. W hrend der Experimente wird der Bohrvorgang an Hartmetallmaterial durchgef hrt, wobei Betriebsparameter wie Strom, Impuls-Einschaltzeit und Impuls-Ausschaltzeit variiert werden. Die Auswirkungen dieser Betriebsparameter werden anhand von Ausgabeparametern wie Konizit t, MRR und TW sowie berma berpr ft. Abschlie end werden die Ergebnisse mithilfe einer ANOVA-Analyse ausgewertet.
