A manuscript about short quotes of principles and poems to guide and inspire in life: While deploying with them to various locations, I learned that not all wounds are visible, and sometimes you need someone to hear or speak to you. So I started this as a way to keep my marines up through inspirational words of poems and imagery. I learned that a warrior could be a poet, and a poet could be a warrior, but the key was understanding not to hide from one but to embrace both was the key to keeping my marines going. So I thought it best to put this out there. I hope it finds that person who can benefit from embracing the world or its experiences that come from both.
