Zusammenfassend l sst sich sagen, dass die vorliegende Arbeit eine einfache und neuartige Methode zur Synthese von Chalconyl-integrierten Schiffschen Basen ohne Verwendung teurer Chemikalien und drastischer Bedingungen abschlie t. Die Schmelzpunkte ( C) der synthetisierten Verbindungen wurden in offenen Kapillarr hrchen bestimmt und sind unkorrigiert. Die Homogenit t der Verbindung wurde durch aufsteigende D nnschichtchromatographie (TLC) auf mit Kieselgel G beschichteten Aluminiumplatten berwacht, die durch Ioddampf sichtbar gemacht wurden. IR-Absorptionsspektren wurden mit Bruker alpha KBr diffuse Reflektion aufgezeichnet. 1H-NMR-Spektren wurden mit einem Bruker advance 400 NMR-Spektrometer bei 400 MHz aufgezeichnet. 1H-NMR- und IR-Spektren stimmten mit den zugewiesenen Strukturen berein. LC-Massenspektren der Verbindungen wurden mit Water, Q-TOF, Micromass (LC-MS) aufgezeichnet. Die meisten Verbindungen zeigten eine betr chtliche antimikrobielle Aktivit t, wie in der Bouillonverd nnungsmethode im Vergleich zu Standardarzneimitteln angegeben. Verbindung X4 zeigte eine signifikante antibakterielle Aktivit t und der Rest zeigte eine geringe Aktivit t gegen den Test. Daher ist die Art der Gruppen in der Chalkon-Einheit f r die antimikrobielle Aktivit t sehr wichtig. Verbindung X1 zeigte eine m ige antimykotische Aktivit t, w hrend der Rest keine zeigte.

Les spectres RMN 1H et IR correspondaient aux structures attribu es. Les spectres de masse LC des compos s ont t enregistr s sur Water, Q-TOF, Micromass (LC-MS). La plupart des compos s ont montr une activit antimicrobienne consid rable, comme l'indique la m thode de dilution en bouillon, en comparaison avec le m dicament standard. Le compos X4 a montr une activit antibact rienne significative et les autres ont montr une faible activit contre le test. Par cons quent, la nature des groupes dans la fraction chalcone est tr s importante pour l'activit antimicrobienne. Le compos X1 a montr une activit antifongique mod r e tandis que les autres ont montr leur absence.

In sintesi, il presente lavoro conclude un metodo semplice e nuovo per la sintesi di basi di Schiff incorporate al calconile senza l'utilizzo di sostanze chimiche costose e di condizioni drastiche. I punti di fusione (˚C) dei composti sintetizzati sono stati determinati in tubi capillari aperti e non sono stati corretti. L'omogeneit dei composti stata monitorata mediante cromatografia su strato sottile ascendente (TLC) su piastre di alluminio rivestite di gel di silice G, visualizzate con vapore di iodio. Gli spettri di assorbimento IR sono stati registrati su Bruker alpha KBr a riflessione diffusa. Gli spettri 1H NMR sono stati registrati su uno spettrometro Bruker advance 400 NMR a 400 MHz. Gli spettri 1H NMR e IR sono risultati coerenti con le strutture assegnate. Gli spettri di massa LC dei composti sono stati registrati su Water, Q-TOF, Micromass (LC-MS). La maggior parte dei composti ha mostrato una notevole attivit antimicrobica, come indicato nel metodo di diluizione in brodo rispetto al farmaco standard. A maioria dos compostos apresentou uma atividade antimicrobiana consider vel, como indicado no m todo de dilui o em caldo, em compara o com o medicamento padr o. O composto X4 apresentou uma atividade antibacteriana significativa e os restantes apresentaram uma atividade fraca contra o teste.
