Dikerogammarus villosus, surnomm crevette tueuse, est l'un des envahisseurs les plus prolifiques de ces derniers temps. En 2012, on a d couvert qu'il avait contamin le fragile cosyst me des Norfolk Broads. Cette tude cartographie sa r partition dans diff rentes r gions des Broads afin d'observer sa dispersion et d'examiner ses effets sur la crevette indig ne Gammarus pulex. Cette recherche montre que les crevettes tueuses se sont tablies dans les r gions de Barton Broad, Turkey Broad et River Ant, o elles ont supplant les crevettes indig nes et r duit leur nombre.
