Jiny Lan and the Art of Subversion provides a hermeneutic and critical analysis of Lan's idiosyncratic, provocative, and ingenious artwork. "Subversion" refers not only to her political and cultural subversiveness but also to her iterative technique of reproduction and repainting, which she uses to create a series of genealogically related "sub-versions" of her own paintings. V c ng đặc biệt Đ l dịp Hội Đồng Tăng-gi v Ch nh phủ T ch Lan đề nghị trao Giải thưởng Danh Dự cho hai vị H a thượng tại ch u u c c ng truyền b nh s ng Phật ph p sang u Mỹ. Hai vị ấy ch nh l H a thượng Th ch Minh T m (Ph p) v H a thượng Th ch Như Điển (Đức). Đ y l một vinh dự lớn kh ng những cho nhị vị H a Thượng, cho Phật Gi o Việt Nam tại u Ch u m c n cho cả Phật Gi o Việt Nam của ch ng ta.Giải thưởng Danh Dự n y l giải thưởng cao qu nhất về những c ng hạnh đ ng g p t ch cực trong việc hoằng truyền ch nh ph p, thường được trao cho c c bậc T n T c T ch Lan. Đ y l lần đầu ti n Giải Thưởng Danh Dự n y được trao cho hai vị tăng sĩ Phật Gi o ngoại quốc. Buổi lễ diễn ra thật long trọng v o ng y 8 th ng 7 năm 2011 dưới sự chứng minh của vị Đại Trưởng L o Tăng thống T ch Lan v chư vị Trưởng l o cao ni n trong Hội Đồng Tăng-gi Phật gi o cũng như c c vị l nh đạo cao cấp của Ch nh phủ.
