Die Bedeutung des Recyclings auf dem Gebiet der Technik und Technologie nimmt von Tag zu Tag zu. Die enorme Menge an Abfall, die in Form von kleinen Dosen anf llt, ist ein wichtiges Produkt, das in immer gr erem Umfang recycelt werden muss. F r die Durchf hrung des Recyclings werden Dosenbrecher verwendet, bei denen die kleinen Dosen auf Haltbarkeit, Flexibilit t, geringes Gewicht, St rke und Wiederverwertbarkeit ausgelegt sind. Die kleinen Dosen sind bis heute die am h ufigsten recycelten Getr nkeverpackungen berhaupt. Die in dieser Arbeit durchgef hrte Forschungsarbeit konzentriert sich auf den Entwurf und die Herstellung eines Prototyps eines Dosenbrechers mit dem Ziel, das Abfallvolumen zu reduzieren und die Dosen leicht zu recyceln. Die Kurbelmechanik mit einem einzigen Schieber wurde entwickelt und angewandt, um das Volumen der Dosen auf 70% zu reduzieren, wobei der Mechanismus die Umwandlung einer Hin- und Herbewegung in eine Drehbewegung nutzt. Die angewandte Methodik erm glicht die automatische Entfernung des Dosenbrechers von der Brechstelle ohne menschliches Eingreifen. Obwohl es mehrere Arten von Dosenbrechern auf dem Markt gibt, bietet die Fertigstellung des neuen Modells eine praktischere Nutzung als die vorherige.

Pour effectuer le recyclage, on utilise des broyeurs de canettes o les canettes sont con ues pour tre durables, flexibles, l g res, r sistantes et recyclables. Les canettes sont les plus recycl es de tous les contenants de boissons jusqu' aujourd'hui. Le travail de recherche effectu dans cet article se concentre sur la conception et la fabrication d'un prototype de broyeur de canettes dans le but de r duire le volume de d chets et d'utiliser les canettes pour les recycler facilement. Le m canisme de la manivelle glissi re unique est con u et appliqu pour r duire le volume des bo tes de conserve 70 %. Le m canisme utilise la conversion du mouvement alternatif en mouvement rotatif. La m thodologie appliqu e permet de retirer automatiquement le broyeur de canettes du site de broyage sans intervention humaine. L'importanza del riciclaggio nel settore dell'ingegneria e della tecnologia aumenta di giorno in giorno. La quantit di rifiuti generati in quantit enorme sotto forma di piccole lattine sono i prodotti importanti da riciclare su scala crescente. Per eseguire il riciclaggio, vengono utilizzati frantoi per lattine, che sono progettati per essere durevoli, flessibili, leggeri, resistenti e riciclabili. Le lattine sono le pi riciclate di tutti i contenitori per bevande fino ad oggi. Il lavoro di ricerca svolto in questo lavoro si concentra sulla progettazione e sulla realizzazione di un prototipo di frantumatore di lattine con l'obiettivo di ridurre il volume degli scarti e di utilizzare le lattine per riciclarle facilmente. La meccanica a manovella a cursore singolo stata progettata e applicata per ridurre il volume delle lattine al 70%. Il meccanismo utilizza la conversione del moto alternativo in moto rotatorio. La metodologia applicata consente di rimuovere automaticamente il frantumatore di lattine dal sito di frantumazione senza l'intervento umano. Anche se sul mercato sono disponibili diversi tipi di frantoi per lattine, il completamento del nuovo modello offre un utilizzo pi pratico del precedente.

A quantidade de res duos gerados em quantidades enormes sob a forma de latas min sculas s o os produtos importantes que devem ser reciclados em escala crescente. Para efetuar a reciclagem, s o utilizados trituradores de latas, em que as latas min sculas s o concebidas para serem dur veis, flex veis, leves, resistentes e recicl veis. As latas pequenas s o as mais recicladas de todos os recipientes de bebidas at data. O trabalho de investiga o realizado neste artigo centra-se na conce o e fabrico de um prot tipo de triturador de latas com o objetivo de reduzir o volume de res duos e utilizar as latas para serem facilmente recicladas. O mecanismo de manivela deslizante nico concebido e aplicado para reduzir o volume das latas para 70%, convertendo o movimento rec proco em movimento rotativo.
