Spyware ist eine Bedrohung f r Internetnutzer, und nach dem Gesetz vieler L nder sind die Hersteller verpflichtet, in der Endnutzer-Lizenzvereinbarung (EULA) der zugeh rigen Software auf die Einbeziehung von Spyware hinzuweisen. Wenn der Benutzer die Vereinbarung akzeptiert, ohne sie zu lesen, akzeptiert er/sie unwissentlich alle in der EULA genannten Bestimmungen. Folglich wird in dieser Studie betont, dass die EULA verwendet werden kann, um die Software mit Hilfe von Data-Mining-Algorithmen als Spyware oder legitim zu klassifizieren.
