Un grano finocilico a 8 lobi con alette affusolate offre un'ampia superficie iniziale per una rapida pressurizzazione e una progressiva→combustione neutra in 110-120 s; il grano rinforzato con fibra di carbonio per resistere fino a 12 MPa. Un ugello flessibile con una gola di 0,61 m, un'espansione di 15:1 ( di uscita di 2,36 m) e una gola di carbonio-carbonio rivestita di ZrC ottimizzato per il livello del mare/vuoto. The project upgrades the GSLV Mk-III solid booster via a high-density composite propellant (65% bimodal AP, 18% spherical Al, 12% HTPB binder including 1.5% additives) augmented with 1% copper chromite, 1% lecithin, 1% TEPANOL and 2% iron oxide, achieving 1,795 kg/m3. An 8-lobed finocyl grain with tapered fins gives a large initial surface area for rapid pressurization and a progressive→neutral burn over 110-120 s; the grain is carbon-fiber reinforced to withstand up to 12 MPa. A flex nozzle with 0.61 m throat, 15:1 expansion (exit 2.36 m), and a carbon-carbon throat coated with ZrC is optimized for sea-level/vacuum. Predicted performance: 5,800 kN thrust, exhaust velocity ≈2,714 m/s, Isp ≈277 s, mass flow ≈2,138 kg/s.

Elastyczna dysza z gardzielą 0,61 m, rozszerzeniem 15:1 ( wylotu 2,36 m) i gardzielą węglowo-węglową pokrytą ZrC jest zoptymalizowana pod kątem poziomu morza/pr żni. This book reviewed forced vibrational behavior of porous nano-composite shells reinforced with graphene platelets, under radial dynamic loads. The geometry of a cylindrical shell with graded porosities and graphene platelets has been discussed in this book. Also, the type and distribution of exerted dynamic load to the shell. The material properties are dependent on the uniform, non-uniform distributions, and porosities. Description of the material properties of such nano-composites accounting for porosity and GPL content is performed via Halpin-Tsai micromechanical rule. The dynamic equations of the nano-composite shell are based on first order shell theory and a semi-analytical approach is implemented.
