The aim of our research project is to highlight the medical application of physics, although we as Pharmacologist remain often focused on the value of pedications to resolve any disease, however we noticed some complicated medical problems, such as antibiotic resistance where we cannot find any responsive chemical therapy therefore we referred to the history of bioresonance therapy. However, we were also concerned to report the medical value by following some patients who were treated, and to analyze the mechanism in which this therapy is effective, and for which diseases. And we also hope that this established device for targeting bacteria, viruses can hold a hope for patients who are diagnosed with Coronavirus, there is a proof of principle for that hypothesis since the scientist Rife has invented this therapy by interference destruction wave, which could destroy specifically this bacteria upon its frequency wave without possible side effects to normal tissue, so we aim to start a clinical trial for the COVID-19 disease too and we will present the concept of Telemedicine where we can treat patients whom are in the countryside where all the tests can be transferred wireless.

E-Governance ist ein strategisches Thema, das sich auf die Neugestaltung des nationalen Verwaltungsprozesses auf der Ebene der politischen Entscheidungsfindung bezieht, um die Regierung transparenter, effizienter und dienstleistungsorientierter zu machen. Die E-Service-Zentren sind nicht in der Lage, eine enge Koordinierung zwischen den verschiedenen Regierungsstellen, Unternehmensgruppen oder B rgern herzustellen, um die gew nschten Ziele zu erreichen. Dadurch entsteht eine Kluft zwischen der Regierung und ihren wichtigsten Interessengruppen oder den B rgern. Diese Kluft wird allm hlich immer gr er und die B rger verlieren ihr Vertrauen in die Regierung. Durch den Einsatz von E-Governance in verschiedenen Sektoren k nnen die B rger des Landes ein Maximum an Dienstleistungen erhalten, und dies ist ein wichtiges Thema im Prozess der Entwicklungsverwaltung. In dieser Studie wurde versucht, die Distrikt-ESCs (District EService Centres) in Bangladesch im Hinblick auf die Erbringung ffentlicher Dienstleistungen und die Anpassungsf higkeit von E-Governance/Informations- und Kommunikationstechnologie in der Distriktverwaltung zu bewerten.
