And when God created man, he said to him to have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the fowls of the air, and over all the living things that move upon the earth. Die Anwendungen des Gerinnungsmittels Vigna unguiculata (VUC), des Gerinnungsmittels Telfairia occidentalis (TOC), des Gerinnungsmittels Brachystegia eurycoma (BEC), des unterirdischen Gerinnungsmittels Vigna subterranean coagulant (VSC) und des Gerinnungsmittels Moringa oleifera (MOC) f r den Abbau des Farbstoffs Crystal Ponceau 6 (AR 44) wurden untersucht. Zur Untersuchung der Koagulationspotentiale der Vorl uferstoffe wurden Nahanalyse, Fourier-transformiertes Infrarot (FTIR) und Rasterelektronenmikroskopie (REM) eingesetzt. Im Jar-Test wurden die Auswirkungen von Betriebsparametern wie pH-Wert, Gerinnungsmitteldosierung, Farbstoffkonzentration, Absetzzeit und Temperatur untersucht. Die untersuchte mathematische Modellierung des Massentransfers zeigt gute Vorhersagen f r die experimentellen Ergebnisse. Die Isothermen zeigen die Adsorption als monomolekulare Schicht entsprechend dem Mechanismus der Chemisorption. Die Anpassung eines kinetischen Modells pseudosekund rer Ordnung validiert den Prozess als Prozess zweiter Ordnung. Response Surface Methodik, erfolgreich die Wechselwirkungen von vier einflussreichen Parametern ausgewertet.

Le test des jarres a permis d' tudier les effets des param tres op rationnels, notamment le pH, le dosage du coagulant, la concentration du colorant, le temps de d cantation et la temp rature. La mod lisation math matique du transfert de masse tudi e montre de bonnes pr dictions des r sultats exp rimentaux. Les isothermes montrent l'adsorption sous forme de couche monomol culaire selon le m canisme de chimisorption. L'ajustement du mod le cin tique d'ordre pseudo-seconde valide le processus comme un processus du second ordre. La m thodologie de la surface de r ponse, a permis d' valuer avec succ s les interactions de quatre param tres influents.
