Nations may be personified by their creators to such a degree that they members of this nation may say the nation speaks, sees, decides and deliberates. Nations that reference their authorizing citizens in respect, continue. Nations that disrespect, imprison and violate the sovereignty of their citizens ultimately undermine their own authority and dissolve.
When we layer our Prodigal MIND, we attempt to contain, get outside our own MIND, calm ourselves or CONTAIN ourselves. This is usually to avoid, diminish or abate decided pain, anxiety or stress. One containment strategy is to decidedly forget memories, decisions or past periods of discomfort.
When we decide a person looks down on us, we may react with a view downward on them. We may decide from this diminished view of them to objectify them to less than a person. This view may allow us to entitle us to treat the person in ways that are cruel, disrespectful or abusive. This may entitle us to be VICIOUS.
When we extend our Sovereign Focus from our core Oikos, in trajectory to Telos, or our targeted AIM, we REACH. When we REACH, it can be from our GEN to our Prodigal, our GEN to our Aliya and any part of any of our persons that may REACH for a person or possible.
There are many layers of Decided Despair. We often forget one layer after another of Decided Despair. Decided Despair is the OFFSPRING of simultaneous URGENCY and FUTILITY. When we decide a person or possible is less wanted, then unwanted, then painfully unwanted, then impossible, we may also decide they should be forgotten, banished and beyond our detection to prevent painful encounter. This is Pariah.
Luck is post assigned wanted to an experience, event, person or possible. If we decide what is lucky, we may decide we are quite lucky indeed. Others may not decide this with us, or agree, yet we may decide for ourselves. Shared decided luck takes on the complexities that shared agreement on any topic experience.
When we construct categories to organize our Prodigal MIND, we intend order, calm and ease to our MIND. Perhaps dividing categories creates less order and more decided chaos that only initially appears to be decidedly order.

When our decisions contradict one another and both insist on being defended although it divides us to do so, we suffer.
Decided Order is quite distinct from True Immeasurable Order. Decided Order uses category, sequence, wanted and pariah to sort and sift. True Realized Order uses Possible, Precision Focus and Direction to Create a World that is Truly Possible, the Highest Kind of Order.
We may offer someone decided forgiveness in civility. True Forgiveness is an aligning, a deep allow to allow that this other person is seen, allowed and accepted once more in True.
