Electromagnetics for Electrical Machines offers a comprehensive yet accessible treatment of the linear theory of electromagnetics and its application to the design of electrical machines. Leveraging valuable classroom insight gained by the authors during their impressive and ongoing teaching careers, this text emphasizes concepts rather than numerical methods, providing presentation/project problems at the end of each chapter to enhance subject knowledge. Highlighting the essence of electromagnetic field (EMF) theory and its correlation with electrical machines, this book:Reviews Maxwell’s equations and scalar and vector potentialsDescribes the special cases leading to the Laplace, Poisson’s, eddy current, and wave equationsExplores the utility of the uniqueness, generalized Poynting, Helmholtz, and approximation theoremsDiscusses the Schwarz–Christoffel transformation, as well as the determination of airgap permeanceAddresses the skin effects in circular conductors and eddy currents in solid and laminated iron coresContains examples relating to the slot leakage inductance of rotating electrical machines, transformer leakage inductance, and theory of hysteresis machinesPresents analyses of EMFs in laminated-rotor induction machines, three-dimensional field analyses for three-phase solid rotor induction machines, and moreElectromagnetics for Electrical Machines makes an ideal text for postgraduate-level students of electrical engineering, as well as of physics and electronics and communication engineering. It is also a useful reference for research scholars concerned with problems involving electromagnetics.

This book thinks through modernity and its representations by exploring critical considerations of time and space. Drawing on anthropology, history and social theory, it investigates the oppositions and enchantments, the contradictions and contentions, and the identities and ambivalences spawned under modernity. Crucially, it understands these antinomies not as errors, but as constitutive elements of modern worlds. The book questions routine portrayals of homogeneous time and antinomian blueprints of cultural space, while acknowledging the production of time and space by social subjects. Instead of assuming a straightforward, singular trajectory for the phenomena, it views modernity as involving checkered, contingent and contended processes of meaning and power, which have found heterogeneous historical elaborations over the past five centuries. Bringing together past and present, theory and narrative, it sows the historical, ethnographic and methodological deep into its critical procedures, offering an innovative understanding of cultural identities and imaginatively exploring the relationship between history and anthropology. An electronic edition of this book is freely available under a Creative Commons (CC BY-NC-ND) licence.

Why so many anti-Hindu and anti-army web series and movies being produced in India recently? What's the motive behind that kind of content in the movies or TV Series ?It shows that in our country, the number of anti-nationals and anti-Hindu are increasing while Hindus and Nationalists are sleeping in deep slumber. They will probably wake up when the devil will be at their own doorsteps with a sword in his hand. One positive side to all this is, that now people have started waking up (though slowly) and responding. Hindus have been keeping quiet for too long but now at least they are responding. Any such nonsense under the garb of freedom of expression is being countered ferociously on social media and continuous awareness campaign is making a positive difference. Such anti-Hindu and anti-army web series/serials/movies/articles/journalists are drawing lesser praises and more brickbats from Hindus/army. Some news channel media constant anti-Bharat, anti-Hindu tirade has resulted in the channel plummeting to last position in English news channels viewership. Some Hypocrites, Fake secular and anti-national or anti-hindu People of Bollywood, Lutyens Media, JNU type anti-Indians are all being taken to task by all and sundry. More such anti-Hindu serials will unite Hindus more in future resulting in Hindus themselves becoming the biggest vote bank. This is called reverse polarization. Hindus coming together can only stop appeasement politics of Bharat.
This love story includes passion, amendment of truthness and true feelings towards love. Karan and Siya both are in same condition, but destiny had other plans. How they were separated? Could they reconcile in love? Love never demands attraction or attention, rather it demands affection
Ratan and Ruby are two school going teens of intermediate class of a village near Varanasi. Ratan fell into love with Ruby but the difference between their caste became the reason of their isolation. Ruby could not bear the shock and tried to end her life.The story reveals the critical problem of our society, customs, caste system etc. Saurabh Mishra has beautifully narrated the story with amusing characters. The story also presents the beautiful definition of current love and affection in a unique manner.
We, humans, suffer from a constant scattering of attention and heaviness caused by ego.Concentrated attention or higher consciousness is the key to these sufferings. There are five special senses, gifted by nature to enable us to shift our scattered attention to concentrated attention I.e. taste and tongue, music & ears, beauty & eyes, etc.Till one attains higher consciousness, nature has gifted us means by which, we get a possible maximum peak of our concentrated attention, and feel good, as it leads to temporary egolessness coupled with the cessation of mind(ongoing thinking). Some of Trending Queries: Do you know about any aphrodisiac food? Is there any secret formula to increase libido? Who would you call a pervert? Have you ever questioned your sexuality? What is your 'badass girl' moment? What random thing you do every day that mostly doesn't make any sense? Are you comfortable in your shape and size?
This book is generally for educational purposes and it does not have age limit attached to it. I would request everyone to get a portion of my serving as I open up on a social cause about the very trending topic "SOCIAL MEDIA"
We are human and respectable creations of God, be it women or any other gender, we have the fundamental right to dignity - says the author in his plea to be heard and recognised as he speaks as 'Draupadi'.
