I locked myself in the bathroom and I fell to the floor crying uncontrollably after yet another abusive narcissistic attack from my fianc . This was the seventh year of the hidden emotional, mental, and psychological abuse. The pain surged through my body like waves and it seemed to cripple every fiber of my being. I began to break in that very moment. I recalled every single person whose ever hurt or mistreated me especially men in relationships. I had given so much of myself away and yet I always found myself crying. I finally cried out to the one person who I never fully gave my heart to.
