Anche nelle famiglie dove le persone si vogliono bene, i rapporti possono essere conflittuali e davvero talvolta difficile la convivenza. Nelle relazioni mettiamo in atto inconsapevolmente i meccanismi che abbiamo appreso e consideriamo amore, attenzione, tenerezza qualcosa che in realt magari per altri non . Tutti sanno e credono di sapere cosa sia l'amore ma di fatto ciascuno ha il proprio modo di amare. Dall'osservazione di centinaia di famiglie nei momenti di difficolt possiamo dire di aver tratto alcuni concetti basilari che vogliamo qui riportare confrontandoci con le acquisizioni generali della psicologia. Analizzeremo dapprima le tipologie di famiglie: famiglie mono-genitoriali, famiglie aperte, chiuse, famiglie tradizionali, famiglie con due madri o due padri. Comunque sia il fine di tutto deve essere solo quello di crescere figli sereni, magari non sempre felici ma con la serenit di fondo, con la certezza di avere un posto sicuro, la famiglia. Con la denatalit della nostra societ , e l'invecchiamento della popolazione spesso non quella che si disegnava alla scuola elementare: mamma con la gonna, i capelli lunghi ed il passeggino, il pap al volante, il figlio che gioca a palla e la figlia che gioca con la bambola...spesso composta da 1 o 2 o 3 persone adulte, o francamente anziane: padre e figlio, madre e figlia, sorelle o fratelli, nipote e zia, nipote e nonna. Ci sono persone inferme che necessitano di essere accompagnate per ogni necessit e figli, nipoti, nuore e generi che si dedicano a loro anche per anni. Oppure si tratta di famiglie allargate con figli adulti che sono nati da precedenti unioni che vivono accanto a figli pi piccoli che hanno padri o madri differenti. Talvolta si tratta di famiglie con un solo genitore, per lutti, separazioni o semplicemente perch non si sono sposati, meno spesso ci sono due genitori dello stesso sesso. I meccanismi che regolano i rapporti nelle famiglie sono riproducibili e possono essere studiati ed analizzati nel dettaglio, di questi il pi complesso il doppio legame. Molto si scritto sul doppio legame, eppure ancora oggi scopriamo aspetti che ci fanno riflettere. Le relazioni intra-famigliari dovrebbero essere incentrate sull'amore, sul rispetto reciproco. Cosa vogliamo per i nostri figli? La salute, la serenit , la gioia, la sicurezza economica, l'istruzione.... Vogliamo formare persone forti, vere, critiche, autonome, capaci di prendere decisioni e di fare scelte responsabili. Il compito educativo sollecita anche chi zio, nonno, cugino, baby-sitter, amico, pastore, insegnante, sacerdote, suora, educatore, mentore, chiunque si rapporti anche solo per poco ai pi piccoli, o a persone in crescita ha questo dovere: i bimbi ci guardano ci imitano, assorbono come spugne ed interiorizzano i nostri comportamenti. una grande responsabilit quella educativa che come adulti noi tutti abbiamo, indipendentemente dall'essere o no genitori. Quando si tratta di famiglie composte da individui adulti l'intento educativo viene meno, ma rimangono validi i valori di fraternit , collaborazione, sostegno, aiuto, amore e reciproca dedizione. Nei rapporti interpersonali mettiamo in atto le stesse relazioni che abbiamo appreso in famiglia dove ciascuno di noi impara ad amare, ad essere fratello, sorella, impara il valore della vita, della cultura, della fede, del denaro. Proponiamo ci che abbiamo appreso. Ciascuno di noi cerca di fare del proprio meglio, ogni individuo per s e per i propri cari cerca di essere del suo meglio. Ciascuno ha il proprio stile genitoriale. Possiamo individuare le modalit di amore e di relazione e classificarle?

Anche la masturbazione ha una propria funzione specifica che cercheremo di analizzare soffermandoci nelle espressioni della stessa rispetto alle differenti et della vita.Si definisce masturbazione un'auto-stimolazione ritmica, volontaria, genitalmente orientata. L'attivit comporta una eccitazione sempre maggiore che culmina con la liberazione di mediatori chimici propri dell'orgasmo, la scarica di piacere avvertita a livello dei genitali, o dell'area perianale oppure pu essere avvertita a livello del collo, del dorso, del rachide, senza strette connessioni agli organi sessuali.La Bibbia non contiene riferimenti diretti alla masturbazione ma un divieto al "peccato di Onan" riferendosi al coito interrotto quale metodo contraccettivo. evidente l'errore poich da allora la masturbazione venne anche chiamata onanismo. La medicina arcaica condannava la masturbazione, veniva addirittura additata come una delle cause della schizofrenia, era quindi proibita ai bambini ed agli adolescenti. Da queste prese di posizione si apre il problema della gestione del senso di colpa che ne derivava. Grazie alle intuizioni di Freud e della moderna pedagogia il mondo scientifico diventato pi consapevole dei danni che si possono fare interferendo con l'attivit autoerotica infantile di cui ne viene riconosciuta l'importanza. L'Organizzazione Mondiale della Sanit nel 2010 ha specificato l'importanza di offrire ai bambini una corretta e tempestiva educazione sessuale. Educare alla sessualit . Ben lungi dal voler enfatizzare pratiche o atteggiamenti vogliamo unicamente prendere coscienza di un compito educativo di primaria importanza che deve essere svolto dalla famiglia e non pu essere demandato alla scuola o ai libri o alla Chiesa. Condividiamo anche il punto di vista della Organizzazione Mondiale della Sanit che invita a non rimandare alla pubert o peggio all'adolescenza l'educazione all'affettivit ed alla sessualit in questo modo le informazioni di cui i giovani in special modo di sesso maschile necessitano, vengono ricercate nella pornografia, sui siti per adulti.
