Follow one rip-roarious day in the life of an antsy (if lovable) boy named Bug, guided by E. S. Redmond's humor and wit. If seven-year-old Benjamin (aka Bug) Blonsky were a superhero, he'd be "Bug Boy with the Power to Annoy." That's what his big sister says. Mom says he's wiggly and can't sit still. Dad says he's easily distracted. On this day, Bug's "choices" -- drawing pictures of pig roller coasters during math time, making armpit noises when his teacher bends over -- have landed him in a heap of trouble, so now he's writing a list of what not to do: his list of don'ts. Such as: don't be late for the bus (you'll have to sit with know-it-all Abner), don't trade a cookie for a flaxseed muffin (it won't taste like cotton candy), don't be nice to Peggy Pinkerton (she'll want to kiss you), and whatever happens, don't tell Mom Bug's list is very long, but will it help him stay out of trouble? Don't count on it

A fun story as Scruff the very clever dog goes on a bug hunt with his friends Scotty and Lulu. Scotty does not like bugs. Some really fun illustrations and you can watch the story again on youtube.
This story is an adventure of two friends - Dyna and Rhino. The two Hercules beetles are lonely. They find each other and become friends at first sight. As their day unfolds, they find much adventure together along with other friends. In order to create this unique story of friendship, author/illustrator, Becca Engelbrecht, uses photography to capture realistic moments using bugs from her son's school project.
Deep in the heart of the meadow, where tall blades of grass swayed like emerald towers and the air hummed with life, there thrived a bustling community of insects and bugs of every shape, size, and color. Ants marched in steady lines, beetles polished their shimmering shells, dragonflies darted like jewels through the sunlight, and fireflies lit up the night like living lanterns. Life was good-until the day a terrible enemy cast its shadow over their peaceful home. This was no ordinary threat; it was cunning, relentless, and determined to take control of the meadow. Fear spread quickly through the insect kingdom, but so did determination. The ladybugs offered their keen eyes to spot danger from afar. The bees pledged their strength and strategy, ready to rally the troops. The spiders spun elaborate traps to slow the enemy's advance, while the butterflies carried urgent messages across the meadow. Even the smallest aphids and gnats found ways to contribute, proving that no role was too small when the fate of their home was at stake. For the first time in history, every bug, beetle, and butterfly stood side by side, each bringing their unique gifts and courage to the fight. Together, they would face the greatest challenge their meadow had ever seen-and discover that unity could transform even the tiniest of creatures into heroes.
