Dans ce travail de recherche, une tude approfondie a t men e pour r duire la porosit qui se produit pendant le moulage sous pression. ANASYS (15.0), un logiciel d'ing nierie assist e par ordinateur, a t utilis pour r duire le d faut de porosit qui se produit pendant le processus de moulage. La lecture, les dimensions et les sp cifications de la chambre d'injection ont t prises dans une usine d'usinage de moulage sous pression. L'objectif principal est de r duire la porosit du produit final qui, dans ce cas, est un cadre de lampe LED de 100 watts. Les changements dans la pression du flux de m tal fondu ont t observ s l'int rieur de la chambre d'injection qui a t mod lis e en utilisant ANSYS fluent. Il a t constat que lorsque la pression du flux de m tal fondu est r duite, la porosit a galement tendance tre r duite ou dispara tre compl tement. Les essais non destructifs (END) sont le processus d'inspection, avec l'aide des essais END nous pouvons trouver le d faut interne de la coul e et tout autre produit comme la porosit ce d faut. Dans ce travail de recherche, nous trouvons la porosit minimale avec l'aide de NDT et nous utilisons l'essai de radiographie rayons X. La radiographie fait partie des essais non destructifs et nous avons finalement r duit la porosit .

W niniejszym badaniu oceniono jakośc wypiek w z mąki mieszanej, takiej jak mąka konopna, komosowa i sojowa z dodatkiem mąki pszennej. Mąki zostaly zakupione na lokalnych rynkach i zmieszane. Proporcje mąki mieszanej wynoszą 5:95 i 10:90 (5-10% zastąpiono mąką pszenną w proporcji 90-95%). Zbadano wlaściwości odżywcze, reologiczne i fizyczne mąki mieszanej oraz jej jakośc piekarniczą. Niekt re godne uwagi wyniki to: zawartośc bialka w mące konopnej - 15,1%; wilgotnośc w 13,2% mąki pszennej; popi l - 1,4% w suchej masie mąki konopnej mieszanej; gluten - 32,2% w mące pszennej i 31,9% w mące sojowej. Wyniki badań reologicznych mąki wykazaly: absorpcję wody na poziomie 64,5-65,6%; czas rozwoju ciasta wynoszący 3-4,5 minuty; czas stabilności ciasta wynoszący 3,5-5 minut; stopień zmiękczenia 40-50 B.n. Istnieje znacząca r żnica między mąką pszenną a mąką mieszaną pod względem koloru sk rki, porowatości miękiszu, regularności ksztaltu i wyglądu. Ksztalt i charakterystyczny kolor sk rki chleba z mąki mieszanej z konopiami byl inny, mial specyficzny zapach i smak. Może to byc interesujące dla os b prowadzących zdrowy tryb życia i preferujących nowoczesną lub specyficzną żywnośc.
