Esta investigaci n recorre buena parte de la obra de una de las fil sofas m s relevantes de nuestro tiempo, a saber: Judith Butler. En este texto se intenta resaltar sus aportes en el campo del feminismo, la teor a Queer y la acci n pol tica.En relaci n al primer t pico, se intenta presentar una cr tica a un tipo de feminismo esencialista que cree -casi de manera idealista- en la existencia de una entidad ontol gica llamada mujer, fundada por razones de sexo, g nero o deseo. Sin embargo, bebiendo de los postulados de Butler, aqu se afirma que el sexo y el g nero no son cuestiones esenciales que describan la naturaleza del ser humano, sino tecnolog as y/o dispositivos de poder que, a trav s de la repetici n ritualizada temporalmente extendida en la cultura y en las sociedades, regulan, normalizan, producen, sujetan y dominan a los seres humanos. En lo que respecta a lo Queer y a la acci n pol tica, se postula la idea de la desubjetivaci n radical como estrategia para apostarle a construir una acci n colectiva, unitaria, an nima -sin mediaciones identitarias- para combatir las localizaciones del poder y las diversas formas de opresi n que padecen los sujetos en la actualidad.
