La p ri-implantite est une maladie inflammatoire destructrice qui affecte les tissus mous et durs autour des implants dentaires et qui entra ne une perte osseuse autour d'un implant ost o-int gr en fonction. L' tiologie de l'infection de l'implant est d termin e par l' tat des tissus entourant l'implant, la conception de l'implant, le degr de rugosit , la morphologie externe et une charge m canique excessive.La plaque dentaire a t universellement accept e comme le principal facteur tiologique.Les micro-organismes le plus souvent associ s l' chec des implants sont les spiroch tes et les formes mobiles d'ana robies Gram n gatif, moins que l'origine ne soit le r sultat d'une simple surcharge m canique. La gestion de l'infection de l'implant doit tre ax e sur le contr le de l'infection, la d toxification de la surface de l'implant et la r g n ration de l'os alv olaire. Le pronostic de l'implant affect d pendra principalement de la d tection et du traitement pr coces de la mucosite p ri-implantaire et de la p ri-implantite. M me si les tudes portant sur les diff rentes modalit s de traitement de la p ri-implantite ne sont pas comparables, une image globale d'une certaine am lioration clinique merge avec l'utilisation de th rapies anti-infectieuses, en termes de r solution de l'inflammation et de gu rison osseuse.

La perimplantite una malattia infiammatoria distruttiva che colpisce i tessuti molli e duri intorno agli impianti dentali, causando la perdita di osso intorno a un impianto osteointegrato in funzione. L'eziologia dell'infezione implantare determinata dallo stato dei tessuti che circondano l'impianto, dal design dell'impianto, dal grado di rugosit , dalla morfologia esterna e dall'eccessivo carico meccanico.La placca dentale stata universalmente accettata come fattore eziologico primario.I microrganismi pi comunemente associati al fallimento dell'impianto sono spirochete e forme mobili di anaerobi Gram-negativi, a meno che l'origine non sia il risultato di un semplice sovraccarico meccanico. La gestione dell'infezione implantare deve essere incentrata sul controllo dell'infezione, sulla detossificazione della superficie implantare e sulla rigenerazione dell'osso alveolare. La prognosi dell'impianto colpito dipender principalmente dalla diagnosi e dal trattamento precoci della mucosite perimplantare e della perimplantite. Anche se gli studi sulle diverse modalit di trattamento della peri-implantite non sono comparabili, emerge un quadro generale di un certo miglioramento clinico con l'uso di terapie antinfettive, in termini di risoluzione dell'infiammazione e di guarigione dell'osso.

Today, peri-urban agriculture appears to be the lifeblood of Bangui's inhabitants. The crisis in the Central African Republic has led to the disappearance of urban activities concentrated in the capital Bangui, a factor in the rural exodus of the 1970s. The deterioration of communication routes with the hinterland limits the supply of food products to the major urban centers. During and after the many socio-political upheavals in Bangui, the peri-urban area was coveted for agro-pastoral activities. In this way, poverty and food insecurity are partly resolved in the city thanks to local agriculture. However, this periphery, which is ideal for agriculture, is under the influence of the urban sprawl of the city of Bangui. The case of the western periphery is appropriate, as this is where urban spatial growth is taking place, while at the same time causing the regression of agricultural space. Farmers are forced to move more than 40 kilometers away to secure their fields in the face of the "Greater Bangui by 2050" project. This study aims to develop the potential of peri-urban agriculture in the west of Bangui.

The results of the study carried out show that, despite the advance of urbanization, the Constantine Urban Group accounted for 34.9% of the wilaya's total production in 2017, with cereal growing, market gardening and arboriculture being the mainstays of agriculture in Constantine, Beyond its primary vocation, agriculture contributes to the attractiveness of the region and the landscapes that reflect the city's image, to the management and protection of natural resources, and to the shaping of rural landscapes.

The aim of this book is to analyze the management of phytosanitary products through the roles of the players involved and the phytosanitary practices of market gardeners. Data was collected through direct observation, documentary research and semi-structured interviews. In addition, thematic content analysis was chosen as the data analysis method. The results of the study show that the phytosanitary practices of market gardeners are not under control, and the management of phytosanitary products is marred by a number of dysfunctions: the lack of border controls on phytosanitary products, the lack of collaboration between stakeholders, and the management of prohibited products.
