Notre tude avait pour objectif de d terminer la s ropr valence des marqueurs des h patites virales B (VHB) et C (VHC) chez les donneurs de sang de l'h pital de Tombouctou. Aucune tude n'a t effectu e pour d terminer la pr valence des marqueurs viraux d'o l'int r t d'avoir initier ce travail. Il s'agissait d'une tude prospective de type descriptif sur des marqueurs infectieux (VIH/sida, h patite B et C ainsi que la syphilis) chez les donneurs de sang l'h pital de Tombouctou sur une p riode d'un (1) ans allant du 01 janvier au 31 d cembre 2021. Les donn es ont t alect es partir des fiches d'enqu t s. Saisies, trait es et analys es l'aide des logiciels Excel et SPSS version 25.0. Les anticorps anti-VIH ont t recherch s par le test Alere HIV Combo (Alere m dical Co., Ltd. Japon), l'antig ne HBs par le test Ag Cypress (Cypress Diagnostics). Pour la recherche des anticorps anti-VHC, nous avons utilis le test HCV Cypress (Cypress Diagnostics) ou le test HCV Tri-dot (J.Mitra et Co Pvt. Ltd). La syphilis a t recherch e par les tests de RPR (RPR Biolabo, Maizy, France) et le Treponema pallidum hemagglutination (TPHA). Au total, 1321 donneurs de sang ont t enregistr s. 1232 (93,3%) d'entre eux taient des hommes d'un ge moyen de 30,60 8,16 ans. La s ropr valence du VIH tait de 0,6%, celle du VHB de 6,2%, celle du VHC de 0,6% et celle de la syphilis de 0,5%. La s ropr valence tait plus lev e chez les donneurs familiaux que les donneurs volontaires.
