Actualmente se ha comprobado que mediante el entrenamiento de la coordinaci n y del equilibrio se aumentan las posibilidades de xito a la hora de realizar cualquier movimiento relacionado con el deporte que se pretenda practicar, en nuestro caso el p del. Es muy importante tener presente que no s lo la pr ctica de un determinado deporte nos aportar el trabajo de coordinaci n y equilibrio que ste requiere para conseguir los resultados esperados, ya que la modificaci n de una tarea motriz es algo complejo que hay que abordar con un trabajo espec fico para ello. Las tareas motrices que se realizan en el p del son abiertas, seg n define Navarro (2014) el "el p del como deporte colectivo, de cooperaci n, colaboraci n y oposici n, h brido de red, cancha dividida y muro, que es ac clico, posee habilidades abiertas y que se juega con implemento y un m vil", con ello queremos hacer hincapi que el medio es cambiante, ya sea debido a las personas que nos rodean o a nuestra propia acci n, la adaptaci n al propio entorno es vital y para tener una respuesta acertada a las situaciones cambiantes es necesario contar con una buena coordinaci n. No debemos olvidar que en los deportes que requieren de un control visual del m vil es imprescindible conocer, por ejemplo, velocidad del m vil, desplazamiento del m vil, vuelo de ste, etc., para facilitar la preparaci n del movimiento a realizar y cuanto m s coordinado sea mayor probabilidad de xito tendremos. Conscientes de la importancia que tiene el equilibrio y la coordinaci n para el ptimo rendimiento en todos los deportes, nos vemos en la obligaci n de realizar un tratamiento espec fico de estos dos componentes, al ser la base de todo movimiento humano. En el deporte del p del, donde usamos un implemento (pala) y un m vil (bola), que puede rebotar en las paredes de la pista, resulta imprescindible para cualquier deportista relacionado con ste, conocer en profundidad el trabajo de la coordinaci n y el equilibrio para realizar una acci n t cnica de manera eficaz, las situaciones que se producen son constantemente cambiantes y es de suma importancia que la coordinaci n y el equilibrio nos permita adaptarnos a las nuevas situaciones que se van generando. Para ello hemos realizado tres apartados: el primer apartado sobre la base te rica del aprendizaje motor, el segundo apartado sobre el an lisis especifico de cada una de las habilidades coordinativas (coordinaci n y equilibrio), y un ltimo apartado sobre c mo trabajar estas habilidades en el p del, a partir de diferentes fichas, con 150 propuestas y variantes. Con este libro pretendemos que cualquier persona que quiera profundizar en las habilidades coordinativas sepa qu son, c mo se aprenden y c mo pueden trabajarse.

Military command and control is not merely evolving, it is co-evolving. Technology is creating new opportunities for different types of command and control, and new types of command and control are creating new aspirations for technology. The question is how to manage this process, how to achieve a jointly optimised blend of socio and technical and create the kind of agility and self-synchronisation that modern forms of command and control promise. The answer put forward in this book is to re-visit sociotechnical systems theory. In doing so, the problems of 21st century command and control can be approached from an alternative, multi-disciplinary and above all human-centred perspective. Human factors (HF) is also co-evolving. The traditional conception of the field is to serve as a conduit for knowledge between engineering and psychology yet 21st century command and control presents an altogether different challenge. Viewing military command and control through the lens of sociotechnical theory forces us to confront difficult questions about the non-linear nature of people and technology: technology is changing, from platform centric to network centric; the interaction with that technology is changing, from prescribed to exploratory; and complexity is increasing, from behaviour that is linear to that which is emergent. The various chapters look at this transition and draw out ways in which sociotechnical systems theory can help to understand it. The sociotechnical perspective reveals itself as part of a conceptual toolkit through which military command and control can be transitioned, from notions of bureaucratic, hierarchical ways of operating to the devolved, agile, self-synchronising behaviour promised by modern forms of command and control like Network Enabled Capability (NEC). Sociotechnical system theory brings with it a sixty year legacy of practical application and this real-world grounding in business process re-engineering underlies the entire book. An attempt has been made to bring a set of sometimes abstract (but no less useful) principles down to the level of easy examples, design principles, evaluation criteria and actionable models. All of these are based on an extensive review of the current state of the art, new sociotechnical/NEC studies conducted by the authors, and insights derived from field studies of real-life command and control. Time and again, what emerges is a realisation that the most agile, self-synchronising component of all in command and control settings is the human.
