Structure i.e. Law could be summed up as the the technical aspect of creating.Intent-what the artist is attempting to express with their work. The pure substance of the creator. The message of the work. What is to be accomplished? The freedom of creativity itself. The feeling that one can do anything with his/her artistry. The colors a painter uses, the dramatic emotional outburst of an actor, or the cocky solo of a guitarist. Intent can be summed up as the part of an artist's work that touch his/her audience intimately.How do we use Law and Intent to our advantage?Easy, we create.Law an Intent is LifeEverything that we do in life, every choice that we make, and every circumstance that we are left with was triggered by our own creative faculties. Meaning through the choices that we make we help to create how our lives are going to be from that point forward. This is why we must take control of creation process by getting back to the basics. We all are shaped by our life experiences; we formulate our thoughts and perceptions based on the environment around us. Rasheda has the unique advantage of observing the world through the eyes many different cultures, through wars and peace times. Born in India, raised and educated in Pakistan, shemarried a fellow student from Masters class in Geography. She alsoearned her second Masters degree in Education and together theystarted life in West Pakistan. Husbands job moved herto what was then East Pakistan, where in the third year of marriage she experienceda near-death medical condition. Later, with their five year old daughter they survived a bloody revolution, the war of independenceand saw the birth of Bangladesh. They miraculously managed toescapefrom the chaotic political state of affairs to her family in West Pakistan. In 1972 fate took them to SaudiArabia, a culture quitedifferent to that of the subcontinent. Here they spent forty one years, the major part of their adult life and enjoyed the benefits of travelling worldwide. Now they live a retired life in Vancouver, Canada where theirtwo daughters are settled with families. Rashedas travelsintroduced her to differentcultures and creeds andmadeherencounterexperiences from across the globe, diverse in variety, offeringauniqueopportunitythatenriched her receptive mindwith many worldly insightsmuchworth sharing. As a result she has developed the gift of accepting environmental, cultural and social diversity withease and grace. Her writings capture a wide range, diverse in variety of thought and range of intellect.Rasheda philosophizes that the cultural disparity of thoughts and beliefscauses the split and separatespeople. She believes that human nature, a mix of positive and negative elements isuniversal, the same everywhere. Ripples of Reason is as much an awakening for Rasheda as she hopes it will be for the reader. Looking back, my life at school wasn't quite easy for me. Sometimes I hated school, but I was so determined to wrestle at the division I level, that I worked as hard as I could in order to accomplish that goal. I hardly ever focused on my problems; For the most part, I focused on exerting myself in ways that set me aside and away from the rest. Upon earning my masters and doctoral degree, I had to work just as hard, if not, way harder than I had before. During this process, I had an epiphany. If I put forth the effort into excelling and keeping my mind focused on achieving my goals, then I could and would accomplish anything I've ever dreamt of.This book talks about how wrestling at the division 1 level prepared me to earn my doctorate degree and equipped me for success despite having to face many ongoing challenges. Today, I am an educator for the Baltimore City Public Schools System (BCPSS) and a mixed martial arts champion. Furthermore, I run multiple small businesses while I teach fitness and mixed martial arts lessons in my community; In addition to performing sports administration duties for Baltimore City Recreation and Parks. Early in life, I developed a work ethic and learned discipline coupled with delayed gratification.
