Ziel der Studie war es, die Alphabetisierungsrate von Frauen in verschiedenen indischen Bundesstaaten sowie in den Distrikten von Maharashtra zu untersuchen. Die Studie versuchte auch, die Faktoren zu ermitteln, die die Alphabetisierungsrate von Frauen in den Distrikten von Maharashtra beeinflussen. Die Studie st tzt sich haupts chlich auf Sekund rdaten aus der Volksz hlung. F r die Studie wurden fortschrittliche statistische Verfahren wie Faktorenanalyse, Hauptkomponentenanalyse und schrittweise Mehrfachregressionsanalysen verwendet. F nfzehn Faktoren wurden in der Studie als Variablen verwendet, die die Alphabetisierungsrate von Frauen in den Kombinationsdaten von Maharashtra beeinflussen. In der Studie wurden zwei Indizes entwickelt, n mlich der Index des wirtschaftlichen Wohlstands und der medizinische Index, wobei statistische Verfahren wie die Hauptkomponentenanalyse eingesetzt wurden. Sowohl in l ndlichen als auch in st dtischen Gebieten wurden vier Hauptkomponenten extrahiert. Auf der Grundlage der maximalen Ladungen wurden die Variablen in vier Gruppen von Faktoren unterteilt. Die Studie enth lt viele Vorschl ge zur Verbesserung der Alphabetisierung von Frauen in den Distrikten von Maharashtra auf der Grundlage der Ergebnisse der Studie.

L'alphab tisation peut influer sur la vie des gens, des femmes comme des hommes, par le biais de plusieurs canaux. Les objectifs de l' tude taient d' tudier les niveaux d'alphab tisation des femmes dans diff rents tats de l'Inde ainsi que dans les districts du Maharashtra. L' tude a galement tent de d terminer les facteurs affectant les taux d'alphab tisation des femmes dans les districts du Maharashtra. L' tude s'est bas e principalement sur des donn es secondaires issues du recensement. Des techniques statistiques avanc es telles que l'analyse factorielle, l'analyse des composantes principales et l'analyse de r gression multiple par tapes ont t utilis es dans l' tude. Quinze facteurs ont t utilis s dans l' tude comme variables affectant le taux d'alphab tisation des femmes dans les donn es combin es du Maharashtra. Deux indices ont t d velopp s dans l' tude, savoir l'indice de richesse conomique et l'indice m dical, en utilisant des techniques statistiques telles que l'analyse en composantes principales. Dans les zones rurales comme dans les zones urbaines, quatre composantes principales ont t extraites. Sur la base des charges maximales, les variables ont t divis es en quatre groupes de facteurs. O estudo procurou igualmente determinar os factores que afectam as taxas de alfabetiza o feminina nos distritos de Maharashtra. O estudo baseou-se principalmente em dados secund rios dos Censos. Foram utilizadas no estudo t cnicas estat sticas avan adas, como a an lise fatorial, a an lise de componentes principais e a an lise de regress o m ltipla passo a passo. Foram utilizados no estudo quinze factores como vari veis que afectam a taxa de alfabetiza o feminina nos dados combinados de Maharashtra. Foram desenvolvidos dois ndices no estudo, nomeadamente o ndice de riqueza econ mica e o ndice m dico, utilizando t cnicas estat sticas como a an lise de componentes principais. Tanto nas zonas rurais como nas zonas urbanas, foram extra das quatro componentes principais. Com base nas cargas m ximas, as vari veis foram divididas em quatro grupos de factores. O estudo apresentou muitas sugest es para melhorar a literacia feminina nos distritos de Maharashtra com base nas conclus es do estudo.

Gli obiettivi dello studio erano quelli di studiare i livelli di alfabetizzazione femminile in diversi Stati dell'India e nei distretti del Maharashtra. Lo studio ha anche cercato di individuare i fattori che influenzano il tasso di alfabetizzazione femminile nei distretti del Maharashtra. Lo studio si basato principalmente su dati secondari provenienti dal censimento. Nello studio sono state utilizzate tecniche statistiche avanzate come l'analisi fattoriale, l'analisi delle componenti principali e l'analisi di regressione multipla stepwise. Nello studio sono stati utilizzati quindici fattori come variabili che influenzano il tasso di alfabetizzazione femminile nei dati del censimento del Maharashtra. Nello studio sono stati sviluppati due indici, ovvero l'indice di ricchezza economica e l'indice medico, utilizzando tecniche statistiche come l'analisi delle componenti principali. Sia nelle aree rurali che in quelle urbane sono state estratte quattro componenti principali. In base ai carichi massimi, le variabili sono state suddivise in quattro gruppi di fattori. Lo studio ha fornito numerosi suggerimenti per migliorare l'alfabetizzazione femminile nei distretti del Maharashtra sulla base dei risultati dello studio.

Als positive Patientenerfahrung wurde angesehen, wenn die Patienten mit ihrer Gesundheitsversorgung zufrieden waren, als negative Patientenerfahrung, wenn die Patienten mit ihrer Gesundheitsversorgung unzufrieden waren. Daher half dieses klinische Audit bei der Ermittlung von Faktoren, die mit der Patientenerfahrung in Verbindung stehen. Die Verbesserung der Patientenerfahrung f hrte zu einer Verbesserung der Qualit t der Gesundheitsversorgung und der Patientensicherheit. Ziel war es, die Patientenerfahrung im COVID-19-Behandlungszentrum der DBHT zu verbessern. Nach der Umsetzung einiger Ma nahmen im COVID-19-Behandlungszentrum im DBHT verbesserte sich die Gesamterfahrung der Patienten um 24 %. Die Ma nahmen waren sehr wirksam bei der Verbesserung der Patientenerfahrung, der Qualit t und der Sicherheit. Die Gesundheitsdienstleister sollten die klinischen Audits fortsetzen.

Por conseguinte, esta auditoria cl nica ajudou a determinar os factores associados experi ncia dos doentes. A melhoria da experi ncia dos doentes conduziu a uma melhoria da qualidade dos cuidados de sa de e da seguran a dos doentes. O objetivo era melhorar a experi ncia dos doentes no centro de tratamento da COVID-19 no DBHT. A experi ncia global dos doentes melhorou 24% ap s a implementa o de algumas interven es no centro de tratamento da COVID-19 em DBHT. L'esperienza positiva del paziente stata considerata come se i pazienti fossero soddisfatti della loro assistenza sanitaria, mentre l'esperienza negativa stata considerata come se i pazienti fossero insoddisfatti della loro assistenza sanitaria. Pertanto, questo audit clinico ha contribuito a determinare i fattori associati all'esperienza del paziente. Il miglioramento dell'esperienza del paziente ha portato a un miglioramento della qualit dell'assistenza sanitaria e della sicurezza del paziente. L'obiettivo era migliorare l'esperienza del paziente presso il centro di trattamento COVID-19 del DBHT. L'esperienza complessiva del paziente migliorata del 24% dopo l'implementazione di alcuni interventi presso il centro di trattamento COVID-19 del DBHT. Patient experience is the sum of all interactions, shaped by an organization's culture, that influence patient perceptions across the continuum of care. Better patient experience is associated with better patient safety, improved clinical outcomes and higher patient experience scores. Many complaints had been received from patients, and mass media reported patients' dissatisfaction during their stay in the COVID-19 treatment centre in DBH Teldeniya DBHT]. The positive patient experience was considered as patients were happy with their healthcare and the negative patient experience was considered as patients were unhappy with their healthcare. Therefore, this clinical audit helped determine factors associated with patient experience. Improving patient experience led to advanced healthcare quality and patient safety. The objective was to improve patient experience at the COVID-19 treatment centre in DBHT. The overall patient experience improved by 24% after implementing a few interventions at COVID-19 treatment centre in DBHT. The interventions were very effective in improving patient experience, quality and safety. The healthcare providers should sustain the clinical audits.
