The lack of transfer of technology from research system to the client system is the main problem in increasing agricultural production in the developing world. Still there is a wide gap between attained technical know-how and its utilization in the field of common farmers. The present rate of agricultural production can be doubled if the available groundnut production technologies are brought to bear with production process and programme. This require the steady flow of information from the scientist to the millions of farmers. Moreover, inputs are needed to be used scientifically. This is possible through the demonstration as it is an important and appropriate extension method which make it possible to disseminate technology to the user farmers. Keeping this fact in view with the government of India launched frontline demonstration programme for oilseed crop under auspicious of oilseed mission. During the past few decades endodontic treatment has aided from the introduction of new techniques and equipment, among which the use of ultrasonic sources has now gained such importance in the economy of endodontic treatment that leads us to consider it as one of most interesting innovations introduced into modern endodontics. Ultrasonics is defined as waves with frequencies of at least 25 kHz, and are one of the most used non-invasive technology facilities in modern dentistry. In recent years, this type of technique has been popular, not only in endodontics but also in other branches of dentistry. Endodontics is the specialization in which ultrasound has enabled the most visible advancement to be made. Since its introduction, ultrasonics has become increasingly more useful in applications such as gaining access to canal openings, cleaning and shaping, obturation of root canals, removal of intracanal materials and obstructions and endodontic surgery.

In diesem Buch werden die morphologischen Auswirkungen von NaCl und Kinetin auf Spinacea oleracea L. (Spinat) mit Hilfe von Insilico-Analysen untersucht. Die Spinatsorte KGP wurde f r den Versuch ausgew hlt und zeichnet sich durch fr hes Wachstum und gesunde, aufrechte Pflanzen mit perfekten eif rmigen bis dreieckigen Bl ttern aus. Die Pflanzen wurden mit NaCl und Kinetin in f nf verschiedenen Konzentrationen behandelt. Die Samen wurden in einem Potomix angezogen, der reichhaltige Bodenbedingungen bietet und mit Smart-Release-Pflanzennahrung angereichert ist. Daraufhin wurden drei Wochen lang morphologische Parameter bei Spinat untersucht. Der Salzgehalt im Boden ist weltweit zu einem gro en Problem geworden, und die Ergebnisse des Salzstresses in den oben erw hnten Experimenten zeigten eine positive Reaktion darauf. Kinetin, ein Wachstumshormon, f rdert ein gesundes Wachstum der Pflanze, und die oben genannten Experimente zeigten eine positive Reaktion. In-silico-Methoden haben den Vorteil, dass sie schnelle Vorhersagen f r eine gro e Anzahl von Verbindungen in einem Hochdurchsatzmodus machen k nnen. Ein weiterer Vorteil ist, dass sie schnelle Vorhersagen auf der Grundlage der Struktur einer Verbindung machen k nnen, noch bevor diese synthetisiert wurde.

Les plantes ont t trait es avec du NaCl et de la kin tine cinq concentrations diff rentes. Les graines ont t cultiv es dans un potomix, qui fournit des conditions de sol riches et enrichi avec de la nourriture pour plantes lib ration intelligente. Par la suite, pendant trois semaines, des param tres morphologiques ont t mesur s chez les pinards. Questo libro rivela gli effetti morfologici di NaCl e cinetina su Spinacea oleracea L. (Spinaci) con analisi insilico. La variet di spinaci, KGP, stata selezionata per lo scopo sperimentale ed stata segnalata per la crescita precoce e per le piante sane ed erette con foglie perfette da ovali a triangolari.
