King Solomon's Mines by H. Rider Haggard. King Solomon's Mines is a popular novel by the English Victorian adventure writer and fabulist Sir H. Rider Haggard. It tells of a search of an unexplored region of Africa by a group of adventurers led by Allan Quatermain for the missing brother of one of the party. It is the first English adventure novel set in Africa, and is considered to be the genesis of the Lost World literary genre. Allan Quatermain, an adventurer and white hunter based in Durban, in what is now South Africa, is approached by aristocrat Sir Henry Curtis and his friend Captain Good, seeking his help finding Sir Henry's brother, who was last seen travelling north into the unexplored interior on a quest for the fabled King Solomon's Mines. Quatermain has a mysterious map purporting to lead to the mines, but had never taken it seriously. However, he agrees to lead an expedition in return for a share of the treasure, or a stipend for his son if he is killed along the way. He has little hope they will return alive, but reasons that he has already outlived most people in his profession, so dying in this manner at least ensures that his son will be provided for.

Henry Rider Haggard was born at Bradenham, Norfolk, to Sir William Meybohm Rider Haggard, a barrister, and Ella Doveton, an author and poet. He was the eighth of ten children. He was initially sent to Garsington Rectory in Oxfordshire to study under the Reverend H.J. Graham but, unlike his older brothers who graduated from various Public Schools, he ended up attending Ipswich Grammar School. This was because his father, who regarded him as somebody who was not going to amount to much, could no longer afford to maintain his expensive private education. After failing his army entrance exam he was sent to a private 'crammer' in London to prepare for the entrance exam for the British Foreign Office, which in the end he never sat. Instead Haggard's father sent him to Africa in an unpaid position as assistant to the secretary to the Lieutenant-Governor of Natal, Sir Henry Bulwer.

King Solomon's Ring: New Light on Animal Ways
The title refers to the legendary Seal of Solomon, a ring that supposedly gave King Solomon the power to speak to animals. Lorenz claimed to have achieved this feat of communication and of being "understood" by several species, by raising them in and around his home and observing their behavior and personally interacting with them. King Solomon's Ring describes the scientific methods of his investigation and his fascinating resulting conclusions about animal psychology.
King Solomon's Mines (Royal Collector's Edition) (Case Laminate Hardcover with Jacket)
Allan Quatermain, an adventurer and hunter, is approached by aristocrat Sir Henry Curtis, seeking his help finding Sir Henry's brother, who was last seen travelling north into the unexplored interior on a quest for the fabled King Solomon's Mines. Quartermain agrees to lead an expedition, but the travellers soon meet a party of Kukuana warriors who are ruled by a violent king. King Solomon's Mines is the first English adventure novel set in Africa, and is considered to be the genesis of the lost world literary genre. Haggard wrote the novel as a result of a five-shilling wager with his brother, who said that he could not write a novel half as good as Robert Louis Stevenson's Treasure Island. The book was published in 1885 and became the year's best seller, with printers struggling to print copies fast enough. This case laminate collector's edition includes a Victorian inspired dust-jacket.
The Solomon Series: Great Pyramid Mystery Resolved (Volume Two): Free at Last!
This is volume two of the "Resolving the Mystery" series. Whidden continues exploring and exposing fact and fictions in this book completing many of the Great Pyramid Mystery issues. By fleshing out many ideas and concepts of those who went before we find that some of what has been proposed is simply not possible or probable. By moving through a number of common ideas we factor concepts in or out and come up with an amazing set of discoveries that are plausible, practical, and reasonable. In 2006 prior to a terrible accident we were conducting archaeology studies in to ancient building techniques, old world empires, and the powers behind them. Some have referred to these studies as Alchemy. Some have alluded to Illuminati and One World Order cover-ups and revelations. Bottom line as it appears is that virtually everything we as a population have ever been told about these ancient societies and these structures (pyramids) has been twisted by folks on a fanciful lark. They either thought many were too poor to travel there on their own, or too enamored with the fanciful to check the facts. This series of books was being prepared for a separate release in 2010 when Ted Whidden was in a tragic accident. The wreck and associated brain injuries eventually launched a radical reformation of health approach presented at www.TheBrainCan.com, but before this occurred Whidden was working on unveiling secrets of the ancients. Some feel Whidden's accident was an attempt to stop him from putting forward radical truths of the ancients. Fortunately for 100's of millions of people the basic analytical style the team uses in this pyramid series was applied to auto-immune disorders and a host of other ailments. See where the foundations of the universe lead when one gets fundamentally grounded in truth. The first three in this series (Volume One, Two, and Three) are being released at the www.TheBrainCan.com to give Whidden a boost in his recovery. Thank you for your patience as this data has been buried during a long recovery. Each pyramid book is in electronic form and consists of 200-250 pages. In order to fully understand the process you will need all three books. Incentives may be made available in the books to share the concept and site with others.Whidden revealed ancient healing secrets and a host of revelations in works which followed.
The Solomon Series: Great Pyramid Mystery Resolved (Volume Three): Patent Pending
This is volume three of the "Resolving the Mystery" series. Whidden continues exploring and exposing fact and fictions in this book completing many of the Great Pyramid Mystery issues. This version brings together a number of issues from the first two making a "fabric of truth" that helps one to see the consistency in this approach. This volume is well known for the patents/patent pending ideas for perpetual motion derived from the study. As before by fleshing out many ideas and concepts of those who went before we find that some of what has been proposed is simply not possible or probable. By moving through a number of common ideas we factor concepts in or out and come up with an amazing set of discoveries that are plausible, practical, and reasonable. In 2006 prior to a terrible accident we were conducting archaeology studies in to ancient building techniques, old world empires, and the powers behind them. Doc Mathea wants to make this 2006 version of the pyramid series available to the world. In 2006 prior to a terrible accident we were conducting archaeology studies in to ancient building techniques, old world empires, and the powers behind them. See where the foundations of the universe lead when one gets fundamentally grounded in truth.By analyzing the statements and theories put forward or alluded to prior to our discoveries we show what can and cannot take place as far as Pyramid Construction, research, and development. We often give the ancients the ability to have supernatural intelligence but we never consider whether or not they had common sense. Meanwhile, if you and I were to initiate such a massive project wouldn't we plan just a little? Think just a little? Organize just a little? By treating this in part as if it was a cargo project due to the need to move massive stones, we reveal a host of issues not covered prior to now..........The point is often that the answer is hidden in plain view yet we have failed to seek answers, denied truth, and sought fanciful explanations of the mundane. In being so enamored by deceptions of others we often miss the forest for the trees. The build and construction is astounding when we get grounded and founded in truth.Whidden was sent on a trek following this series to uncover ancient natural health. The breakthroughs are simply amazing.
