Bangladesh is a country which has a long history of migration. Compare to other European countries, the Netherlands has very few numbers of migrants. This could be because of the strict Dutch integration policy. But surprisingly, the numbers of Bangladeshi migrants are increasing now in the Netherlands. The main focus of this study is to know about the concept of belonging and how this is relevant for the Bangladeshi people who are residing in the Netherlands and also to see how the social network is helping to perceive their sense of belonging. To get an effective insight the research is done in mixed-method. To understand the focus of the study, I divided the migrants into five categories. They are the first generation, second generation, professional people, international student, and the family people. Most of the Bangladeshi people are connected to Bangladesh or with the Bangladeshipeople who are staying in the Netherlands. They have also a connection with Bangladeshi people from different parts of the world. Their networks mainly work in the Netherlands and Bangladesh.

In 21st Century business world, services are carried out in multifaceted, which are unpredictable. On-the-go banking is a product in financial sector. However, it faces serious pitfalls being it riskiness. Bank customers compete for time-saving options. On contrary, PCBs compete for marginalizing its operating costs. On strategic tactics, PCBs targets customers in multi-facets - offering incentives for Influencing customer's intention, attitude and behavior in banking. It offers incentive under market system. However, it causes exploitation. In most cases customers don't read terms & conditions of services. They don't save contract-copy. These weaknesses cause abuses. Customer faces hidden charges, extra fees, account hacked. Addressing the issue, Voluntary Insurance Option is proposed where PCBs will introduce it as a product of bank. Transferring risk away from customer will benefit both PCBs and bank-customers. This product can attract new customers who are on the brink using digital banking but just felt it was too risky. This model can facilitate the parties involved for increasing usage of on-the-go banking-services while customers can maintain optimal utility of usages.

In this work, spectrum sensing based on energy detection spectrum sensing in cognitive radio is discussed. The introduction of broadband system to communication and radar technologies has demanded the design of broadband antennas. As economically and practically it is not possible to make antenna for each band of frequency, Log-Periodic antennas are widely used for applications where a large frequency band is needed. At any frequency, only a small part of the whole structure is active. Electrical properties of a log- periodic antenna such as input impedance, pattern, directivity, side lobe level, beamwidth variations are periodic with the logarithm of the frequency. Antennas obtained from this principle are called log-periodic. Successive dipole lengths, dipole diameters and distance of the successive dipoles from the apex angle α of the antenna are related by the design constant τ. If τ is selected very close to 1, the variations over the frequency band will be small. In practice, even with τ which is not very close to 1, good frequency-independent characteristics are observed. Horn antennas and spiral antennas are the other examples for wide band antennas.
