Wynik ten wyraźnie pokazuje, że żwacz stanowi wrażliwy obszar dla translokacji LPS, toksycznych amin biogennych i r żnych mikroorganizm w podczas ostrych stan w kwasicy. Wyniki wykazaly r wnież, że laktuloza może byc cennym narzędziem do badania przepuszczalności żwacza u przeżuwaczy, a najlepszym czasem na pobranie krwi jest okres od 2 do 6 godzin po doustnym podaniu cukru. Konieczne są dalsze badania w warunkach SARA i ostrej kwasicy, aby lepiej zrozumiec przepuszczalnośc jelit u przeżuwaczy i translokację LPS.

La forte augmentation de la concentration de lactulose dans le sang apr s l'induction de l'acidose a indiqu une perturbation de l'int grit de l' pith lium intestinal et une augmentation cons quente de sa perm abilit , y compris aux grosses mol cules. L'apparition plus pr coce du lactulose dans le sang par rapport aux travaux ant rieurs utilisant des m dicaments connus pour endommager la muqueuse intestinale sugg re que la perm abilit de l' pith lium ruminal a galement t alt r e par les conditions acidotiques. Ce r sultat d montre clairement que le rumen repr sente une zone vuln rable pour la translocation du LPS, des amines biog nes toxiques et de diff rents microbes dans des conditions d'acidose aigu . Les r sultats ont galement tabli que le lactulose peut tre un outil pr cieux pour tudier la perm abilit du rumen chez les ruminants et que le meilleur moment pour pr lever du sang se situe entre 2 et 6 heures apr s l'administration orale du sucre. Des recherches suppl mentaires sont n cessaires dans des conditions de SARA et d'acidose aigu afin d'am liorer notre compr hension de la perm abilit intestinale chez les ruminants et de la translocation des LPS.

O grande aumento da concentra o de lactulose no sangue ap s a indu o da acidose indicou uma perturba o da integridade do epit lio intestinal e consequente aumento da sua permeabilidade tamb m a mol culas grandes. O aparecimento precoce da lactulose no sangue, em compara o com trabalhos anteriores que utilizaram medicamentos conhecidos por danificar a mucosa intestinal, sugere que a permeabilidade do epit lio ruminal tamb m foi alterada pelas condi es acid ticas. Este resultado demonstra claramente que o r men representa uma rea vulner vel para a transloca o de LPS, aminas biog nicas t xicas e diferentes micr bios durante condi es de acidose aguda. Os resultados tamb m estabeleceram que a lactulose pode ser uma sonda valiosa para estudar a permeabilidade do r men em ruminantes e que os melhores momentos para a coleta de sangue s o de 2 a 6 horas ap s a dosagem oral do a car. La sfida adottata con la farina di frumento ha indotto con successo l'acidosi ruminale acuta nelle pecore, come indicato dai gravi segni clinici e dai cambiamenti significativi nei parametri del liquido ruminale con parametri biochimici ed ematologici. Il forte aumento della concentrazione di lattulosio nel sangue dopo l'induzione dell'acidosi ha indicato una rottura dell'integrit dell'epitelio intestinale e un conseguente aumento della sua permeabilit anche alle molecole di grandi dimensioni. La comparsa precoce del lattulosio nel sangue rispetto a precedenti lavori che utilizzavano farmaci noti per danneggiare la mucosa intestinale suggerisce che anche la permeabilit dell'epitelio ruminale fosse alterata dalle condizioni acidosiche. Questo risultato dimostra chiaramente che il rumine rappresenta un'area vulnerabile per la traslocazione di LPS, ammine biogene tossiche e diversi microbi durante condizioni di acidosi acuta. I risultati hanno anche stabilito che il lattulosio pu essere una sonda preziosa per studiare la permeabilit del rumine nei ruminanti e che i momenti migliori per il prelievo di sangue sono da 2 a 6 ore dopo la somministrazione orale dello zucchero. Sono necessarie ulteriori ricerche durante la SARA e le condizioni di acidosi acuta per migliorare la nostra comprensione della permeabilit intestinale nei ruminanti e della traslocazione dell'LPS.
